Yeah so I just did a mission on Extreme and came back and was attacked as well lol. But for me he came out of the shooting range area behind me and I was so caught off guard lol.
I did a very hard mission, came back and then suddenly it said that someone was alerted I looked behind and Saw and enemy, I panicked and hit him 2 times then shot him with the fire attachment and looked at how he burned, I checked the high value targets and it was all like I the last time. (I shit My pants when I Saw him, missed 6 shots xd)
So, funny story: I started watching this video to learn about the infiltrator since I came back from killing Rama from that hacking side mission and as I looked up, I see the infiltrator about to fucking roundhouse kick me 😂
@@TheOther19 I finished one on Extreme and two on Rage Mode, he came right after the first on Extreme difficulty. If he shows up again, I'll let you know. I want to get all the achievements, but I'm so weak at the thought of going back to Site 83... During the mission, I screamed twice in fear xD
He seems to only appear once per whole game. He never reappeared after the first kill. At the moment I only have two Rage Mode missions left. If by any chance that changes, I'll let you know, but I highly doubt it.
So far so good seeing there hasn't been updates frome either of you. Still makes me worried he might reappear since all the other HVTs do in their respective levels and conditions.
I just got back from an Extreme mission. Was shooting the Quartermaster until he closed the window. Went and restocked ammo, and just randomly got attacked by this guy. He dies instantly thanks to Dual Dragon's breath.

Cheats set the difficulty back to easy (for purposes of achievements and unlocks). You have to beat a level on expert difficulty without cheats, then he'll appear at the safe house
@@TheOther19 I see, I'll try to improve my skill in the game, and possibly get this "infiltrator", perhaps I'll try the oil rig mission on extreme since I was able to beat it on hard mode without deaths.
The first level, where you escape, is easy to do. To can run and cloak past most enemies till the end. The ambush the waves of enemies as they come out of elevators. Throw grenades at juggernaut and ambush him and his squad
I had to beat three missions on extreme before he showed up. First Iron Dragon, then Unidentified Structure, then Gunnarson Complex. I saw someone say there's a 25% chance of him spawning after any extreme mission.
Yeah it is chance based, I finished the Data Centre on extreme mode but The guy didnt appear, after finishing the combat simulation in extreme mode up to 10 rounds then quit the simulation then I saw him spawned.

I got attacked by an invincible cultist one time I had just put on cheats after doing that oil rig misson on rage mode

I've been trying Rage mode on the Oil Rig mission (my favorite) gonna see. Rage mode is such a pain.. it's close to beating my dark souls like rage

Honestly wish there was a voiceline for atleast one of the syndicates announcing his presence.

What mission do you reccomend on extreme?
First mission (Save some grenades for the boss shotgun guy at the end of mission)
Rage mode will be the easiest for first mission.
I didn't had this enemy after zone 14 on extreme. Maybe i do something wrong?

It's random
there is also another one. if you knock out all the lights a white cloud entity appears in the command rooma and attacks you. you can kill it.

Apparently there a percent chance of him appearing after every extreme mission. Not confirmed though
