what happened to the shallow side drums of the pipes and drums of the Royal Netherlands Marine corps? it was always a distinctive feature and sound of that band.....marty

They still have them... just search on UA-cam on 'marinierskapel' en you will find lots of video's with both the shallow drums and the deep drums.
