This is Breadfruit Party. 400 Breadfruit being roasted and some of the most satisfying dishes to pair with the roasted fruit that is infused with the smoke it’s being cooked in. They literally roasted these breadfruits in a tree of fire and used a long stick to pop them in and roll them out.
