its always great to see you, gianni. i actually found this, if somewhat technically wonky, livestream better than your produced videos - why? because it was way more exciting, because you talked about so much different stuff. it was very entertaining and informative. sorry to hear about your olive oil being confiscated haha. heres to way more videos now, i am looking very much forward to them, ya hear!

Wonderful that you're back! (sort of) Have missed your cooking videos. So are you going to be streaming from Italy too, or is this a one-time thing?

We'll see how the live show goes. We're still trying to find ways to make Gianni's North Beach sustainable. If you all like the 6/3 show, hopefully we'll do more when I get back to SF.
In the meantime, I'll see if I can get my Italian friends who shot my episodes a few years ago cooking Rome, help me do some shows while I'm there soon.

ey did you know they rebuilt san fran completely to a T in the video game WATCH DOGS 2? every time i drive up telegraph hill ingame i'm like, "wheres gianni!"...its a beautiful city. in reality probably even more so. found coit tower to be quite a thing!

My Italy trip next month starts with a few days with Roman friends, a few days in Florence on my way to meet up with San Francisco artist friends at Biennale, the Venice international art show, before heading to Ortigia, Sicily and wrapping up the trip in Naples. I may do some live streaming from Italia. We'll see.
Maybe you could show me some of your fav spots in Florence.

Ciao. I think your asking about Frascati. You should be able to find it easily in a wine/liquor store near you. I grew up in the next county over, in Bloomfield on the Newark border.
