It is a very strange problem the us has. I mean there are countries in Europe where you can own a literal RPG yet despite having more freedom to own guns they don't have constant mass shootings
@@metalvideos1961 well not legally but I know Russia has a huge black market of guns like military grade equipment. There's leaked videos of people playing with grenades, insane.
I just want to remind Americans that you carry guns because you feel UNSAFE by criminal violence. They should put more police effort on that and people would feel safer and stop being obsessed with guns and violence. Society will become more peaceful.
What is wrong with this planet? Why can't we live as one? How much further do we have to go until we all realize we're different and that's what makes us great.
I truly agree with you; but sadly there will always be people that will do this be it that they think they’re better because of religion, race, uprising, or because they’re constantly being bullied act school. I’m sad that I’m truth the only thing we can do is hope that in time people will mellow out.
That's not how individuality works, people have different desire and those who has similar are being judge by their smallest flaw. America is the only country that has that problem due to their lack of common sense, they take independence to literally.
Till we just forget their names in the media and ONLY talk about the victims names, we'll always have people trying to out do each others disrespect for others lives.
The US has a culture of fear and a culture that values violence. There are a lot of frustrated people who cannot cope with their emotions or cannot find healthy solutions to their internal issues. Mix that with the culture and an easy access to weaponry to take out your resentment to the world and you've got this mess. Normalize safety without arming yourself. Make guns difficult to purchase. Normalize expressing your feelings and getting therapy and seeking help from professionals instead of online outlets. Invest in school/community resources that help kids find their interests and feel accepted.
Making it harder to get guns makes it harder for the people who do want to defend themselves. It would also open the way to banning guns entirely which is a perfect way for the government to overstep its bounds. I do agree with your first part though. It is interesting how the first thing to say after “there’s a lot of issues with mental health in America. Let’s ignore the issue altogether and ban guns”

Our leaders in office are not fixing the problem rather patching it. It embarrasses me calling myself an American.
Honestly, Manuel the Democrats have been fighting guns and the fearful conservative bandaid and child-traumatizing solutions you mention for many decades. I would say that whenever conservatives have some power (including like now in Congress, Supreme Court, and in states) it IS embarassing what happens. Most of all, it should be embarassing right now to say you are a conservative. I hope you will join the majority of Americans who oppose the insanity of the GOP. And you are aware of the fact that Republicans actually spend MORE (are more "liberal" with our tax money, supporting the wealthiest)? Democrats traditionally are more "conservative" when it comes to spending than Republicans are. Dems decrease the deficite and Repubs increase it and then they hypocritically make a big deal of it's size AFTER they leave office. I have seen them do that since I began watching in the 1960's. In other words, if you are "conservative" because of economics, don't be a Republican.
Guns? Liberal policies have kicked fathers and Churches to the curb. Where else do you build a persons soul and value system if not these two institutions? Add to this abortion on demand up to 9 months and value for life has become meaningless. Our culture is rotting, big liberal governments are the problem.

O lastly about Canada if you defend yourself from a attacker in your own home you will go to jail for defending yourself and charge with a crime because your not allowed to do that in Canada
In my honest opinion this is just dissapointing, the fact that society has degraded so much that school shootings have now become increasingly numerous and lethal is testimony to how broken the school system and society has become. School shooters are not born, never, they are made, their environment and mental state is what usually leads to shootings. People are using jobs like teachers and principles to either bully or groom children, and bullying has gotten way worse due to the internet. If these people actually got therapy or help from their parents and or freinds then maybe this would be a much more rare occurrence.
Guns are not the problem or root cause of the shootings. The root cause is that parents don't discipline their children, allow them to goof off, turn their head and with a blind eye. All of the bullying, name calling, teasing, non-stop harassment that some kids go through because others are jealous of them or simply want their attention when they are focused on other things. All of that anger and frustration builds up after years of mental abuse. I could totally relate to why this happens in America, and have no remorse for the victims who were the instigators to begin with. The kids here are 100% spoiled compared to other countries and they think it is totally fine to call adults "faggots', 'sissies', 'ugly', and so many other things, not alone to mention how they talk to other children. Maybe what goes around comes around, and the parents need to wake up and start disciplining their children better. Listen to the beginning of the video, England had 0 (BIG ZERO) shootings, Japan had 0 (BIG ZERO) shootings. They also have guns in England and Japan. You get the point.
Japan and England have very strict gun laws they wouldn’t let anyone own one or sell one Because you can’t trust someone using a gun and British people are more violent then Americans no wonder why guns are banned in England now knife crimes are increasing because of this
Guns are their weapon!!! Without guns the only thing they could use are bombs which is less straightforward and will definitely help to discourage massacres in schools. But that’s only the first step to help decline the numbers of shootings. The next step or simultaneous step is parenting as you mentioned
WTF you think bullying is a American problem France this years for exemple their were many scandals about bullying and I see no school shooting and don’t get me starter with bullying in Japanese high school but in those country the option for the kid to take up gun doesn’t exist so strangely they don’t get to see theirkid shot at school 20 time a years
All that bullying or over lbearing teachers parents putting the pressure on their kids Thats the reason for all the mass shootings in america mostly if les guns and more gun laws were prevalent It would mean no shootings

The idea that the government will turn tyrannical if they don't own an AR-15 is pure lunacy.
What is wrong with this planet? Why can't we live as one? How much further do we have to go until we all realize we're different and that's what makes us great.
People suck. They have a need to push people too far. The ignorant will never learn.
This is a US problem... No a planetary one...
I truly agree with you; but sadly there will always be people that will do this be it that they think they’re better because of religion, race, uprising, or because they’re constantly being bullied act school. I’m sad that I’m truth the only thing we can do is hope that in time people will mellow out.
But your differences have bring strength to the whole. We don't live in StarTrek.
That's not how individuality works, people have different desire and those who has similar are being judge by their smallest flaw. America is the only country that has that problem due to their lack of common sense, they take independence to literally.
Boy calling it a problem is real understatement!
Meanwhile they talk about gun safety but do nothing to achieve such safety, such as reforming their laws on regulation, ownership and carrying.
Making it harder to get guns makes it harder for the people who do want to defend themselves. It would also open the way to banning guns entirely which is a perfect way for the government to overstep its bounds. I do agree with your first part though. Mental health
Japan and England have very strict gun laws they wouldn’t let anyone own one or sell one Because you can’t trust someone using a gun and British people are more violent then Americans no wonder why guns are banned in England now knife crimes are increasing because of this
Finally someone who gets it !
