Summer heat wave... it's so hot. Pollen-Nation

Hey Y'all!! Welcome back to our slow garden channel. Just 2 of us to build it. Starting fresh over 40 y'all!
Just another Day in the Life :) Work work work!! No one else will be doing it for us. So work work work it is.
Entering Summertime this year is still, more cutting down trees, cleaning up trees, feels like to the end of time haha... and working towards putting up the new fence to keep the deer out and the dogs in. All between other projects of course. Been averaging temps around 100*f, having to take lots of breaks to cool off and get some water in.
THE POLLEN!!! Holy Moly!!!
Been wearing a mask to try to keep out the larger particles. The amount that is just out floating through the air is crazy. The trees are constantly shaking it down currently, especially the sunnier the day, the more pollen seems to be set free. The bugs are also plentiful. Several kinds of caterpillars and their poop dropping from the trees along with all that great pollen. Choking me out!
Clearing and creating a front yard for Gardening/Permaculture area, staycation, living within the Manistee Forest in Michigan, building up our little piece of heaven once again. #startingover

#patience .... Here's to hope - #hope we can get it all in the ground and start to enjoy it before our hands fall off and our backs are completely broken. ha.

I have fallen behind for a few reasons, but I am working to keep these videos in order, to compare in the future, as the trees come down, the yard changes and the garden progresses.
I'm excited for what is to come. We have started planting as we can - without putting it all in harm's way with tree felling ongoing. So many trees down, yet so many to go.
Hoping to have a few more upcoming videos while I have some down time this season.
