Normally in these stories the girl changes drastically over a long period of time, and gets unjustifiably mad at the guy for not remembering her. But this time it's completely his fault. It was shown they were like maybe 2 or 3 years younger, and she hasn't made any drastic changes at all Nevermind, turns out he was lying the whole time and never forgot her. Which makes him *more* of an a**hole
@@dotand0, how about the events that concern Konako happened before Sayaka came back to Japan and that he was forced to be in this position or else his father would lose a company and dozens of people would also lose their jobs? Yeah, this is one of many reasons for why I hate arranged marriages.
Thing is he is the sacrifice. His father agreed the deal, not him. So he need to forget about her. Sad but circumstances are straight up shit. Calling him asshole is honestly insulting
It was really great seeing Tokisada and Sayaka get together after being apart for so long and were able to keep their promise after Sayaka saved his father's company and prevented from being forced to marry the spoiled Kanako. This was a really sweet and wholesome story with Tokisada and Sayaka being a sweet and adorable couple.
This is very very rare. The Mc that actually remembers the childhood friend cause usually the girl is the one that always remembers the guy from her childhood and the guy doesn’t and the girl gets mad that the guy doesn’t remember her when her appearance literally changed over the years. It’s great that Tokisada and Sayaka were finally reunited but I don’t understand why Tokisada pretended not to remember her. It’s no wonder Sayaka didn’t believe that he still liked her unless he proves it
My predicted answer based on tropes of rom mangas is that because he's getting married off to someone else, he wants to completely give up on her and forget any love he had for both their sakes so that he move on with his arranged marriage with some peace of heart and she can move on without him.
I dunno, man. I kind of prefer it if Tokisada actually worked to earn Sayaka's love rather than have all the solutions drop right into his lap and get saved when he's in trouble.
I kinda understand why MC lied to Sayaka. He had to marry a garbage dump to keep his family business afloat and didnt want to hurt Sayaka's feelings because of that
Not at all. This whole story's setup and the reveals are so messed up it's ridiculous. Sayaka did not deserve to be treated that way. His excuse was poor. Honestly with her characterization I'm surprised they ended up together in the end with what he did to her.
Yeah Sayaka is a way better wife for Tokisada then that arrogant spoiled girl Kanako 😠 and it's nice that Sayaka was able to save Tokisada and his father's company and it's sweet that he apologize to her and kept his promise and became a happy married couple.😊❤️
He knew from the beginning!? Why the heck did he act like he didn't know her then, in class or in private? I was thinking he'd had an accident and lost his memory or something, and that was why he didn't remember her. Him just feigning ignorance throughout the story just makes him the worst.
Here is the aftermath of the story. Konako had not only been chewed out by her father, Goto, but also her mother Hana, her older sister Midori, and her husband Kenji, for her behavior towards not only Tokisada, but his whole family, as well as Sayaka and her whole family as well. Eventually, Konako had revealed the depth of her deceptive and evil behavior and, as it turned out, she had caused an executive coup of her company in order to not only control her family's company, but to also hurt Sayaka, as Konako was actually the leader of a bunch of bullies that had tormented Sayaka as a child, and she also had influenced her bully clique, as well as the executives of the family business, to conduct a bunch of corporate sabotage to Tokisada's family's business, as well as other crimes, because she wanted to take anything and everything that was of value in the life of Sayaka. Not only was Konako's family outraged, but so were Tokisada's family and Sayaka's family, as well as Tokisada and Sayaka as well. However, Konako's family tried to fight the hostile takeover, and, well, a literal company war happened and Konako ended up losing her existence, as well as her grab for power. Eventually, Konako's company was in shambles and Sayaka and Tokisada stepped in and absorbed the company into their mega-conglomerate. However, Konako's family felt truly bad about the cops having to arrive, as well as a modern day battle happening in order to protect themselves, as well as not one, but three, companies, as well as families. Tokisada and Sayaka understood what Konako's family meant and they did their best to steer Konako from the path that she had chosen, but she was already too far gone, and, as it turned out, she was already deep into a lot of undiagnosed mental, developmental, and physical issues in her life, in particular, with her brain.
soooo .... WHY didn't she remind him "we were childhood friends, were in (whatever grades together, lived next door (or however far apart) played together at such and such park, my dad got transferred over seas when we were 7 (8?) ... my parents got divorced, (or dad died in an accident) my mum remarried, my last name was __ back then" and anything else of their history together ... maybe even show him pictures of them together before she had to move.
So I guess the flashback at the beginning was from the Female MC's perspective instead of the Male MC's. Normally when the videos start with a flashback like THAT, the Male MC would totally remember when the Female MC shows up. Or at least he wouldn't be as clueless as this MC was! Claiming to have never met her before too, geez 🤦♂
Yes in flashbacks MC would remember FMC but in the present he totally forgets and when FMC shows up a a transfer student she immediately recognizes the Mc
Welcome back Ribzva, i missed you! About the story, i tought that tokisada didn't remember her because he had some accident and he lost his memory, but turned out that he was just pretending? This makes him a asshole, he played with her feelings and he hurt her, she deseved better. Maybe he did it because he knew about the arranged marriage, but he chose the worst option possible

I am so sorry for tokisada having to marry someone who doesn’t return feelings of ❤️ instead calling them a servant nishimura is absolutely a terrible fiancé it’s good sayaka came in the end and saved tokisada now they can keep their promise of getting married yeah ❤️🎉😭
I want to give Kanako the benefit of a doubt, but I don't believe she'll find that servant of a husband she's looking for. Also comparing her life to her married older sister isn't helping her either.
Have to say tge MC was a complete a**hole. He could have told her in the beginning and then they both could have did something to resolve his problem. But he tried to super ghost her
Why did that woman hate MC so much? I get she didn't want to marry him and that is entirely justified in an arranged marriage. But she should have reserved her hatred for her dad who made it happen not the MC.
The fate of Konako : When everyone in her family found out what she did to Sayaka and Tokisada, by saying a lot of bully words. Everyone in her family chewed her out not just her uncle Marvin, but her siblings Tachibana and Midori, While her mother and father chewed her out too. However her family were outraged to find out that Konako used to be part of a group of bullies who bullied Sayaka during her childhood and it turns out the reason why Konako turned Evil. Not only did she want to control her family’s company and hurt Sayaka but it turns out that she is responsible for many crimes, it was subsequently revealed that she attempted to murder and Rob Sayaka just to ruin her life and take everything from her, when her family found out about her crimes she was brutally chewed out by everyone in her family. While her father evicted her from her home by saying “ I don’t consider you my daughter anymore, get out of our sight!!!!! Afterwards Konako was left homeless after finally being disowned by her parents but unbelievably she went to Sayaka and Tokisada’s apartment and tried killing Sayaka again but Tokisada knocked the knife out of her hands, her behavior got worse and she started throwing evil words at Tokisada and Sayaka but however this angered Tokisada and he said “ GET OUT OF MY HOUSE OR I’LL CALL THE COPS. Afterwards Konako ran away after hearing the word Cops, afterwards Konako tried finding a job but she could not get a job while the company that her family works for didn’t hire her because they disowned her a few days before. Konako was homeless and when she tried to ask some boys out every guy rejected her because every male guy knew of her bad behavior. Because of this Konako was taken away by Gresley guards and Nigel Gresley was beyond furious at Konako for her actions and she had to work as a probationary cleaner for all the steam engines on the Gresley railway. However Konako continued spouting her toxic words onto the engines which made them very crossed and finally Konako was given a death sentence to hell by Tremont & Gulf 30 The end
I have some plot twists that would make the reaction of Tokisada not seem like such a jerk. Plot Twist #1, apparently, Sayaka's parents have been working with DARPA in a parallel dimension and they figured out not only how to teleport, but also travel through time, different wavelengths, space, and parallel dimensions, and she was the first successful person to go through a parallel dimension and she apparently met the Tokisada of this dimension. Plot Twist #2, unbeknownst to Sayaka, both of her parents also went through the dimensions and the both of them may, or may not, be d e a d. Plot Twist #3, apparently, the parents of the Sayaka of this world ended up deleting themselves because of the Sayaka of this world ending up being a miscarriage. Plot Twist #4, Sayaka became depressed and desperate and tries to find the only constant in her life, which is Tokisada, but the problem is that the Tokisada of this world, as well as dimension, genuinely never knew her because she was never conceived. Plot Twist #5, Sayaka thought that she was in her own world, but, despite it looking so similar to her own world, as well as her own dimension, she is actually in a different world, as well as different dimension due to a miscalculation by her parents, and she is essentially marooned in a world that is not her own, as well as a dimension that is not her own, and, to top it all off, only her parents, and the DARPA people, knew how the technology that was behind the experiments work. Plot Twist #6, in the dimension, as well as world, that Sayaka originated from, the Tokisada that was there got deleted in a car accident, thus, even if Sayaka somehow managed to figure out how to get back to her actual home, then she could not fulfill her promise anyway, so the only way to fulfill it as best as she can is to simply be with the Tokisada of this world.
7:34 - Lines given to the wrong voice actors. This line the female VA is saying would make more sense from the male. The next line (about point of view) still would make more sense from the male character. Then the next one is from the male VA, and the line is spoken to Tokisada (male character). Up to this point in the story, she is the one pursuing him... then suddenly she is all, 'wait, why are you calling us engaged? It's silly.' And he, while eating, responds with, 'oh, do you want to each my lunch and me?' Logically, it makes more sense if he is remarking about them being engaged as a silly thing, and her asking if after he finishes lunch he would like to eat her up. Are the VAs not allowed to point out an issue... like a character calling someone else by their own name? For example, I wouldn't turn around and say, 'Herman, we didn't notice our little mistake. We will strive in the future to double check the story to ensure we don't send line to the wrong VAs. And we will ask our VAs to voice up when the lines we send them to record end up breaking logic... like using their own name to talk with someone else, or declaring their love and then telling off the person they love for loving them with no reason.'
13:45 not the double double technique! part 2: Kanako's company got bankrupt. and begged for Sayaka to be saved. Sayaka wanted to have revenge on what she did to Tokisada So, she became their "Slave" ...oh yes. ffmthreesomeuwoooghseggs
Oi isn't making him into a servant a bit too much like bloody hell what is wrong with her i'm confused is she even sane you know what i'm don i'm going away bye bye mates
Honestly speaking, as respectfully as i am, not to mention, not trying to judge here, my honest opinion, bro DOES not deserve her. But who am i to judge here, if u love someone go for it.
I don't get it. Why should you hurt the female mc like that? Friends or fiance or whatever, don't you think that they atleast have the right to know the reason for you being like that? Why try to act cool or whatever when you can't even do anything? By sharing things you can atleast let others know of your situation and who knows they may provide an idea you never had to get out of the situation. It's totally wrong to hurt your loved ones like that.
The events and explanations for this story are way too all over the place, and the way Tokisada goes about explaining things just makes him look like a total asshat. We don't get an explanation until the very end that he actually loved Sayaka and was actually engaged to someone else because... reasons. It was presented at first as if it were a lie, and the audience never got an explanation that it was the truth until the end. That couldn't have been explained when he started lying? Or even maybe right after the scene introducing his and Sayaka's past and their relationship? If there was a quick blurb saying something like "since Sayaka left, there's been some complications. My father's factory started to go bankrupt. To save it, my father and the CEO of (insert company) arranged a marriage between me and the CEO's daughter. But this arrangement hasn't gone smoothly. First off, management in our new parent company is poor and treats its employees poorly. They came in and immediately changed things for the worse. But, so far no one has been fired, luckily. Then, there's the issue of the CEO's daughter herself. She is a spoiled brat. [Go into a flashback of the first meeting with her and her father.] I never forgot Sayaka. In fact, I think about her daily. I remember her warm smile and think about my new fiancee's cold glare. I wish I could have Sayaka back, and I wish I could fulfill our promise to each other. I wish this nightmare would be over. But, there's nothing I can do. I can't just break off this engagement and put the lives of all of my father's factories' employees at risk. I had decided to become the sacrificial lamb, to give up my happiness for the sake of theirs." Then we get introduced to Sayaka coming back, and it's a huge shock for Tokisada. It's called dramatic irony: the audience knows something the character(s) don't. It's an easy way to build tension in a story without doing much. But then we didn't need dramatic irony, did we? He could have grappled with telling her the truth for a bit, and *that* could have been the central tension. Do we (Tokisada) tell her, or do we keep it a secret? What are the consequences if she finds out? Will she be heartbroken? Will this destroy our relationship? Tokisada finally gets to see her again, but under these circumstances, there isn't anything he can do to make her happy. But maybe she'd understand and forgive him...? Making him "forget" all about Sayaka when the very beginning of the story gave us insight into their relationship (which is a good thing I wish more of these stories would do) totally shattered my suspension of disbelief. In other words, how can I believe that he forgot she existed when it was only a couple of years, she hadn't changed a lot, and I even remember my childhood friends from when I was like 5. That's two decades of rememberance, and he can't remember her after, what? 4? BS. So then why didn't we have him grapple with telling the truth and ultimately doing so as the climax of the story? Then, Sayaka could have revealed something Tokisada didn't know when he first met her: she's the daughter of a huge corporation and she could work a better business deal out with her family to "arrange" a marriage both of them actually want. The falling action and resolution could then have been the same as the climax of this version of the story, but with them basically telling the other family and fiancee off and them getting together. Then, Tokisada as our hero is simply a flawed, conflicted hero that can still be liked. This version of him simply sucks. Honestly, if I were Sayaka, I would have given him an earful at the very least if Tokisada pulled a stunt like that on me. Which would fit Sayaka's character as we can see she's very strong-willed and determined while this Tokisada is a cowardly, petulant little child. I wouldn't be surprised if she takes enough offence to the situation that she puts him in the friendzone as punishment and gives him a concrete "When you can fix your attitude we may date," type thing. I mean, I personally don't like the idea of the friendzone, but bro needs to mature a bit before he should be put into a relationship. Still, the story's premise was good, and the resolution was cute. I just wish how we got there was better. Tl;dr: This version of Tokisada sucks as an individual. What he did to Sayaka was so needlessly cruel, and we got no insight into his reality until the very end, making half of the story make him look like a total jackass. All of this could have been avoided by tweaking when each reveal happened. This story is a good example of a cute and good premise but flawed execution.

Up to this point in the story, she is the one pursuing him... then suddenly she is all, 'wait, why are you calling us engaged? It's silly.' And he, while eating, responds with, 'oh, do you want to each my lunch and me?'
Logically, it makes more sense if he is remarking about them being engaged as a silly thing, and her asking if after he finishes lunch he would like to eat her up. Are the VAs not allowed to point out an issue... like a character calling someone else by their own name?
For example, I wouldn't turn around and say, 'Herman, we didn't notice our little mistake. We will strive in the future to double check the story to ensure we don't send line to the wrong VAs. And we will ask our VAs to voice up when the lines we send them to record end up breaking logic... like using their own name to talk with someone else, or declaring their love and then telling off the person they love for loving them with no reason.'
who does the voice of Sayaka ??

Hi Everyone
Hi dude 😊👋
I don't get it. Why should you hurt the female mc like that? Friends or fiance or whatever, don't you think that they atleast have the right to know the reason for you being like that? Why try to act cool or whatever when you can't even do anything? By sharing things you can atleast let others know of your situation and who knows they may provide an idea you never had to get out of the situation. It's totally wrong to hurt your loved ones like that.
good evening
Good evening dude.😊👋
Bro doesn't know how to read comma's you talk to fast😂
Yeah the editor doesn't leave any pauses between either one's lines for air. Makes me feel out of breath just listening. 🤨
😮
