    They sell for an ungodly price for considering the neighborhoods. More then what i woukd have ever thought. People renovate and update them and throw some paint here and there and new flooring,cabinets etc and throw a ridiculous price on it and they get it also

      Sounds like the demand is outstripping the supply which usually is great for investing but can definitely be frustrating for people wanting to purchase affordable properties

    Probably get 180,000.00 for it with some more done to it. Probably new cabineta and flooring etc get a bunch for it amd fast probaly

    Houses here sell fast for an ungodly price.

      @lahusso according to Redfin.com it looks like average days on market is 19 days which is pretty fast. Thanks for sharing

    they wrote my cousin a letter about paint chipping off of house. the city got on my dad and told us we mhad to get everything off the property like a car hauler type trailer we had. they are bad about zoning and what u have on the property. they overstep on alot of things. they gedt on u about something they usually get on u about everything and find things. their on me right now and they are telling me i have no access to my property when i have no fence at all . They are alao telling me i have stuff that needs to be stored off the ground 18 inches that are usable materilas stored improperly and i have nothing on the ground. I have a boat trailer,an popup tent trailer, 2 pickup trucks,an rv and minvan. they are saying i have somewhere that that harbors vectors. i like th e fancy words they use. Vectors like flies etc it is defined as. They are saying i have shelter and area that they can feed on. REALLY. I have what i told u in the yard. if that stuuf harboring anything then other peole are beause they have the same things. The board of health person shows up in my yard and shows me no identifcation. They got on me about rv in the yard. Thers an ordinance agianst living or staying it in for more then 15 days. Wasnt even two weeks and i get court orders and summons in the mail. The guy said i have blocked acces. its really outrageous. the guy is able to get on myn prperty and nose around. also i told them to prove that someone has been living in rv for more then fiteen days.

    the governing stuff pertaining to the property like all of the ordinaces and zoning. u cant do much or keep much on the property and if they get on u about something pertaining to the property they fine u an ungodly amount like 2500.00 dollars for each viloation or day. thbe board of health and the city. alot of things really and the areas are trashy and randown. Alot of rules about what u can and cant do with the property.
    I had a house inn Greenwood and was botherted all of the time about the yard being cut etc.

      Yea sounds super annoying, Investing in Baltimore the City is often a big pain in regards to the same thing. I have found if I can figure out the best way to efficiently handle the local government I have a great advantage over others as most just throw in the towel and say I don't want to invest in a place like that. So you can look at it in a good way as a barrier to entry that keep other investors out as you build a rental portfolio. Thank you for sharing!
