- Follow the trials of a Tyrannosaurus Rex as it establishes its reign in the Isle (in a Nature Documentary format!). The Rex would have been an excellent ambush predator, with its crushing bite force and sharp senses. Second, what about a video showing the first days/ young life of a Rex? I feel it's got to be difficult while you're small and an easy target, to do any ambushing?

@@Pizzaria469 Hey there! I really like the New Beginnings server due to its realism rules (e.g., no mix-packing) that facilitates solo-gameplay. But if you'd like a more combat-driven server, there's also the Noobz server (mix-packing is allowed). I hope that helps! 😄

The Rex call will forever be the scariest sound at night. Especially when your night vision is short. Ahhh the jumpscares.

I really like your rex skin, way too many people make their dinosaurs white with blue or black with red to the point that it is refreshing to see someone with a naturalistic-looking skin
Thank you! 😄 I chose this skin (slightly different from default skin) because it gives a good green color especially when under the shade of trees/plants. It makes the rex very hard to spot, so it really lent well to the ambush hunting lifestyle. That, and I also really like the natural look of a Rex xD
I am guilty of choosing cool, unnatural colors over more or a camo/natural look lmao
I do agree it is a refresher because most youtubers go for a pretty look over camo-- exception being owltime, usually-- and it does work pretty well, can't go wrong with pretty colors
@@ElleeDraws Don't get me wrong, those skins are cool, but when everyone has a super edgy flaming black death skin, then no one does
@creakingskull7008 Exactly, I wish some ppl would at least use cooler looking edgy skins instead of the same all black red or blue details or black to white fade
pretty skins are great but not when they're all the same-- reminds me of this cool orange skin i found randomly in a deathmatch server, I do recommend trying it out-- black top, middle color is a really saturated orange and the bottom is white, and it looks really good with blue details

I love watching Isle gameplays and have discovered lots of underrated youtube players in the process. Now I’m so happy to have found you today. I love gameplays with commentaries but yours without one was another beautiful realistic representation of a Rex’s life. The forest ambience and walking sounds and dino sounds could be clearly heard which made me feel as I was actually in the forest, and I loved the lines that you put through like ‘Predators fail majority of the hunts. It is the few successes that sustain them’. Please keep up the work you do. Looking forward to more of your hard worked videos. I subscribed ❤

@@HenryPabsterz Yup, I remember playing with a herd as a theri and that juvi para died moments after you killed the adult para. I think something attacked and got it to 3rd/4th screen and it was also starving so it couldn't stand up to find food due to that which was why it didn't come back with us when you next saw us walk past you😔

Quetzalcoatlus* and stegoceratops isnt a real dino. They also dont update legacy anymore so.
Oh how i miss this game, i was up by the tower facing twin lakes growing a giga , i was close to a sub and one night "boom...boom...boom" footsteps getting closer and closer and they i saw them, 2 adult rexs making a nest close to me . I was lucky enough that a pair of trikes passed by and started a fight giving me enough time to get out of there just to get killed by a spino at twins 😅
Haha, The Isle does give us those scary / thrilling moments as we try to survive in a world of giant dinos. Fun times for sure! 😄
11:20 for future reference man. Bite below the ribcage and at the hindlegs. Also, charge slightly later and continue to walk/crouch up until its Really dire to charge. As a rex player too I miss playing my boy but legacy files don't work anymore so :/.

@@HenryPabsterz Also when you charge, do not do that weird "?" movement when you bite, thats why u missed, if you want to get a kill every time within 5 yards and sneaking up on people with a REX, just charge in a straight line and cut them off. Don't hesitate going for 1 and then seeing the closer one on the right to give chase. Thats why you missed, and with a para, you never need to consider that choice from ambush.
Edit: And also, Never EVER Ever get out from your cover to try and look through to chase afterwards too. Let them come to you while you continue to sneak and crouch up. Just hide behind the small bush and with ur skin (Plus alot of mine that I've created too) its very easy to do, and when you charge out, do not charge straight Out of the bush itself but behind and wrap around if they are walking and running in front, otherwise you would just blind urself. Do a short loop around the bush (Preferably rightside of any bush) and then straight towards your target prey item, because you'll then be behind them to give chase and cripple.

Thank you! 😊 Haha I use mostly the same colors but the underbelly comes from Cerato (4) and the coat comes from Diablo (3 and 4) colors. I like it because it makes my Rexes look very much like the Rex from Jurassic Park 😆

That was some fun Rexing to watch. I just lost my full grown Rex today walking off a cliff :( first time that happened to me lol.
I had been full grown for 3 playing sessions and had bread 7 kids, and killed a crapton of raptors

Hey! That feature is specific to the New Beginnings server; Ankys should not have leg-break ability in most other servers. I think in other servers (such as Noobz), even Pachys have leg-break; lost my carno to a pachy cuz I didn't know about it at the time lol 😆

How do i do legacy beta?
Heya! If you mean how to play the isle legacy, it should be installed by default if you install the isle game. If you've already upgraded to Evrima and want to go back to legacy, I'm not to sure, as I've not yet played Evrima myself. There may be good answers if you search online.
