Very true about the snacking and eating garbage between meals. People act like feeling a little hunger is going to kill them. I never really had an appetite in the morning to begin with, so I just don't eat anything until lunch time. Eventually you get used to it and it makes you feel good. Just setting some healthy habits and routines and developing some discipline gives some good structure and stability to your life. Doesn't just have to be with food.
I really love how open and honest you are. Drugs and Alcohol are a REAL thing in life unfortunately and I have had indirect experiences with it through family and friends. Your videos keep getting better and better. You help me be a better person believe it or not.

I would add just a bit about alcohol...it messes up your digestion also. Totally agreed on 2 max 3 drinks and only 2-3 hours before you sleep or it just kills energy the next day.
I am a simple man who just takes a shower, shaves and goes out the door (the grooming part was interesting, but it's not for me, so I am out). HOWEVER a really good message from Mr. Wonderful here is the alcohol and drugs portion 9:48 So many people get messed up drugs and alcohol and it's often upsetting, heartbreaking or results in tragic ending. I am happy to get "high" on other passions of mine and I hope others can as well. Look at children at a playground, they are having tons of fun without drugs or alcohol. We can learn from those kids. Find your joy, find your passion and find your "high" without those things and you will be good to go. No risk and all reward. Btw, I am not here to condemn, just sharing the same sentiment with Kevin. If you choose to partake...that's cool.
