Max range is somewhere around 90km. I got to 85km once and still had charge left. Depends on the assisting mode of course. I used 1 and 2. Don't know about insurances

I'm 176cm. I feel like 183cm is too tall for this bike.

I weigh around 70kg and i used assisting modes 1 and 2. Mostly 1
