So I have a friend who has a picture of the PI call. SOC defender was holding #11 by the front of the collar of the jersey. You can see clearly in the picture the grab and the 11 on the jersey was off to the left side of the body. It was hard to see on replay but it was a PI or to say the least defensive holding
I know right!!! You know what that is. SOC is mad, because a bunch of whiteboys came to att stadium and punked them slap out!!! I think thats so funny!! Did you see how cocky SOC was during the game. And at the last minute, those big ole south Texas cornfeed boy yanked the rug out from under them!!! Paybacks a bitch, ain't it!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
@@RodneyBrown-w9sgo back and watch the game again and see how many passes were dropped that should’ve been touchdowns! Because that game could’ve been 34-17 or maybe just 27-17
@@RodneyBrown-w9syou mean the help that SOC gave them? Like the onside kick recovery, the offsides call that helped put PNG back in scoring position, or was it the shitty offense stats by SOC that helped PNG? I mean DPI or defensive holding one of the other is gonna and should’ve been called!
1-2 calls didn't make or break this game lmao.. SOC had soooo many chances to score and they didn't.. Could of got that onside kick but didn't. Could of threw the ball better but didn't.. QB could of not fumbled but he did. So many sore losers from SOC it's not even funny. PNG controlled every aspect of this game aside from that ONE big play SOC had.
Watch the game again and look at all the PI’s/holding the refs let them get away. They didn’t complain about it when they were benefiting from playing like that. Play aggressive you gotta take calls that come along with it
The offsides call at the end of the game was bogus. There was no PI on that same drive, if anything the wideout pushed off. The PI call was made literally after the both players and the ball were all on the ground. The ref didn't call the PI in the moment for some reason. I have never seen a call made that late after the play was over. On the onside kick play, PNG headed up field early before the ball was kicked, which should have been a penalty. Lastly, SOC was called for holding early in the game. The replay showed the OL actually, whiffed on the block. The fix was in for SOC. This reminded me of the scene in Remember The Titians where the refs were cheating.
Wrong, wrong and again you were wrong! The DPI was a DPI because the ball was in the air when the tug on the jersey happened! The onside kick was a very clean play, I’ve seen a video from a family member on PNG’s side that clearly shows the ball was kicked before png crossed the line! I mean you have sports analysts that do this shit year end and year out just say that PNG controlled the game in just about every aspect!
Agreed! That PI was BAD, but what really pissed me off was not the call itself, it's the point at which the ref decided to throw the flag. Look at that play from the POV of looking at the front part of the ref as he observes the play. It was NOT until he sees the pass is incomplete that he decided to throw the flag. What took him so long??? If the PI occured before the ball got there why didn't he throw throw the flag then??? And I thought the Flag against Miami in the national championship game against Ohio State was bad, this was worse!!!!!! 🤔🙄😡
No what pissed you off was that it was finally called at all. There were other calls that took the official and extra second are 2 to get the flag out. The ball was in in the air when it happens SO PI is the correct call late are not.
@@GilesBroussard LOL! Oh Giles, did I step on a nerve? Are you still sore about your old school (PATJ) blowing a 19-7 lead to Permian in the state game and you think I am trying to take this win away from you?? You really need to stick to selling insurance instead of commenting on youtube. It was a make-up call for not calling the obvious PI on SOC earlier, by the same ref by the way. I watched the game on TV and unless there was an angle they did NOT show, nothing I saw indicated PI on that play. Now if something happened before that, the replay did NOT show it.
For you to even complain about this is hilarious. They wore the same colored gloves just so they could get away with holding. The refs knew what was going on. They got away with it all game and you want to h that they got called for it at that point in the game? Really? What if it was reversed and it was PNG with the "bogus" PI? You would blame the refs for not calling it at all. The proof is there. SOC should have played clean at the end if they didn't want to get flagged.
PNG was offside on the onside kick and it was not called. The PI call was bogus because the grab came before the ball was thrown. If you call anything you call defensive holding and even that would have been a questionable call. PNG may have scored anyway but I would much rather let the players decide the outcome than the ref.
I would love to dispute that, but unfortunately I can't find any replays of the game to watch. I was there in person and didn.t see any one offside. So if you have video evidence of it please share.
It wasnt a bad call. The SOC player pulled him by the jersey so hard you couldnt read his # and his pads were exposed. The bad call was the play in the end zone on the drive before where SOC commited another PI. Why were there SOC players wearing purple gloves? They love to pull on jerseys and hold.
I heard that SOC may file a grievance against PNG. Wooooow!!! That was the first thing that popped in my head, after PNG kicked the crap out of the Golden Bears!!! We all know why that is!!!!! SOC moto, if you can't beat em, then cheat em!!!!Trump2024Baby!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲💯💯💯💯💯💯

DPI was there, defender pulled the jersey to gain the advantage and get in front of the receiver.
PNG was better than SOC today. They deserved the 🏆
They did make more field goals. They needed a lot of help to score a touchdown.

It was a GREAT game! Hats off to BOTH teams. Glad my Indians came away with the State Championship😁
#33 for PNG was the difference in the game. He was unstoppable.
And yet the MVP was the kicker.
