- How to make Sonic and create your own Sonic the hedgehog 3d cake topper using fondant, fimo, polymer clay or even Play doh!
This week I was asked to make a Sonic the hedgehog and it reminded me of my old sega days! Most kids back then were either Nintendo or sega and I was sega through and through. In fact I still have my very first sega mega drive and it still works haha. We plugged it into the tv a while back and I had so much fun showing Brody and Holly how the old games used to be, I have to say I felt verrrrry old!
Anywho I knew this 3d Sonic the Hedgehog cake topper was going to be a lot of fun to make so I had to bring you along, I hope you enjoy! If your not a cake decorator and you just want to be creative you can have a go at making this with fimo, polymer or even play doh, happy creating!

Hi this is brill can you tell me how you get his body not to squish his let due to weight
Hi Rosie thank you for watching. If your having trouble with the body squishing under the weight of the figure I would make the body first and leave it for a day or so to firm up before placing the head on. Hope this helps you 😊

I love Disney because anything Disney brings out the child in me, we took the kids to Disneyland Florida when they were a lot younger, I would love to take them back at the age they are now!
