How much you are scoring in gt?
If it is below 150 then you need to change your strategy, if above 150 then don’t worry just learn about your mistakes.
If you haven’t covered at-least 12 subjects and scoring below 150 but above 120 then also no problem you will improve with time. It is important that you review every gt that you gave.
