Yes you think the Colts would have a quarterback coach or Two or Three however many it takes to teach him how to throw the ball to his receivers. The receivers want to have the opportunity to do the job they are getting paid for in the NFL
You can't blame everything on a QB. He can pass the ball even if it is accurate doesn't change anything. If a WR can't get to the ball that is on them. Just like if they drop the ball. The QB can't make them do that. They need him to have full control over his arm strength. You can have him work on accuracy all you want that will never change anything. If he can't control his arm strength properly he will continue to miss throws. He will miss wide open guys. He will over throw guys. AR needs to work on his arm strength control. Knowing how much strength to use for his receivers. Until he can do that he will always miss throws. Having control is the problem he has. He has a lot of arm strength so when he throws it he is using more than he should. Once they see that they will fix that up and his accuracy will get better. Even though accuracy doesn't mean you win games.
