I can do 1/3 maybe 1/2 if these tricks (to a fairly low standard) and I've spent ages trying to learn the shower! It's so far taken me 4x longer than mills mess & I can still get only 4/5 catches at best 🤣😭

What's the ideal weight of a ball? I filled tennis ball with rice and they are close to 200 grams
