This interview gave me a new appreciation for Huhi. Early NA import with a unique midlane style. Solid international showing. Then a successful role swap which very rarely occurs. Acting as a mediator and translator between his other Korean teammates who couldn’t speak English. And doing all of this in a foreign country speaking his second language… What an impressive career Huhi has had overall. Fantastic interview!
It’s actually insane how talented Thooorin is at these interviews. He often talks to awkward nerds who haven’t socialized since they came out of the womb, for most of them story telling isn’t necessarily their strength, and for a lot of them, English isn’t their first language - yet he finds a way to draw out the best in each of them. Wild stuff
I mean huhi said hes been moving around the world and socializing making new friends and talking to new people since he was young, maybe you're an awkward nerd who cant socialize but that doesn't apply to all the people thorin interviews.
@@samgriffith8086 So if huhi isn't an 'awkward nerd' like you are heavily implying he is, why would you feel the need to comment that on thorins reflection with huhi video? why not comment it on one of the videos you believe has an 'awkward nerd'? seems like you have no response for being called out on your dumb comment.
Pretty incredible coming to terms with Huhi's underrated career; like he mentioned winning from 2 roles, the longevity and self reinvention...great interview!
@@andrewjordan6405 Just to open up a new perspective: For quite some years i stopped watching all the NA games aswell and was rather selective. I often use the time stamps in these interviews just to get more insight into actual proplay or interesting stories about the interviewed player interacting with players i actually did follow a lot.
I think the decision to bring Ruler back is bad. Investing in an adc now is not worth it. So many new champs with dash and one shot skills really change the way adc affect the game. Also, adc players gets slower reflex as they age. Nevertheless, i like the fact i can watch ruler against top lck teams again.

"talented" is an insult knowing where he started and how much practice went to reaching this level.
This might be the best interview Thorin did. Completely changed my opinion on Huhi
Reflections with older LoL players are one of the best content on YT right now.
Unexpectedly a banger of an interview really gave me a newfound respect for Huhi especially as a mid laner hope he gets to keep his passion

I have never watched Huhi play but found this to be a really nice interview.
Bro what? Have you never watched the LCS ever? He’s been in it the last million years? Why are you watching this video if you don’t watch the LCS?

banger interview tbh
Always impressed with the level of research required to make these interviews this good. Really inspiring, good stuff
After these talks any team picking up Huhi as assistant coach would be a win
Huhi is a gem, I hope he is able to keep playing for as long as he wants
@huhi you are a good human! and thats whats most important
