181 Fremont is my dream building to live in. This is a great video. I never knew disclosures was a thing. Layout is the number one make or break for me, especially if the sun hits the windows all day. Why would it be a bad thing to not have an agent when house hunting?
1. Are the disclosures ready? (Sellers Disclosure) 2. Is there a plan for offers? 3. What are the comps? 4. What does the seller want? e.g., rent back 5. Why is the seller selling?
