2:07-2:10 That car engine sound hasn't got me fooled 😅😅😅 - Richard Hillmans car in the garage made that sound and other cars I remember making that sound too.
Finally the reality of manchester streets wall to wall with parked cars. Morrissey commented on how unrealistic it was that the street didn't have parked cars all along.
Why are they constantly changing characters cars all of the time, it’s not like some people change their cars every year, Audrey had a nicer and younger car a few years ago compared to this blue Renault
@@LukeDobo He probably got it when Ade Critchley wrote off the Citroën AX he had before. And if you think what happened to Audrey was bad, you should see what happened to Nick. He had brand new Mercedes SUVs before he left in 2017. Since his 2018 return, he’s had a 20 year old Rover 75.
Lol funny how I thought the same about Audrey crashes in a Renault Clio when a few months before her car was a red fiat bravo so what car does she actually have as they are apparently using their own vehicles on set unless the fiat bravo was a hire car used to just advertise fiat bravos and the Clio is actually hers because years ago she uses to have a Peugeot 206 that she used on set and my brother seen her driving it in sainsbury’s car park Manchester plus your saying an old car the Clio might be a 12 plate as that model shape was done from 2006 -2012 So would only just be 10 years old this year so not that old and to be honest I would actually argue the Clio is nicer than the Fiat bravo
She used to go to the wholesaler’s to get stock for the Kabin, and wasn’t it her car when she, Emily, Betty and Blanche got caught up in a robbery on a run out in the country for her birthday? Remember she whacked the robber with the car door for calling her a stupid old cow or whatever 😂 It’s sad when Rita and Audrey fall out cos they’ve been the best of pals over the years, there for each other in times of need - Alf’s heart attack, Ted’s illness etc.
Why can the actress who plays Audrey not do the accent anymore? Her natural accent is constantly slipping through (eg “narrrrsty”). Lancashire Audrey wouldn’t say that!
How do these "working class" people manage to all have new cars? Too many cars weren't a problem so long ago. With convenient bursts of wealth and recycled storylines (the darker the better, apparently) I might as well be watching an American soap with dubbed accents 😕
That Clio looks like its at least 10 years old tbh. And David is driving a 25 year old Ford escort.... not sure what "burts of wealth you are referring to lol and anyway you can get a decent new car on finance from about £120 a month these days...
Great to have Audrey and Rita being their usual feisty selves. Love them.
I agree with Rita."At our ages, we can't afford to hold grudges." Rita and Audrey....classy ladies. Ta -
Audrey and Rita look great for their age tbh
I thought that
@@nicolejones4749 considering Audrey like 80 and Rita is nearly 90 they look fantastic tbh
Dot from EastEnders is 102 now . She did the right thing and left 😵💫
@@boldhylandpaddy6809 she's 94
I love audrey!
"Menace yourself shut up" lol
I'm not surprised Audrey hit something, if she's anything like David behind the wheel! lol
Your comment just made me laugh thank you 😂😂😂

Audrey doesn’t have any respect for Queen Rita.
Audrey and Gail have been in Coronation Street for years 🍟
And so has Rita
Yes. Great to see the original characters still on the street.
Years? Decades!

You say that but I'm sure Ken has had the same crappy old Hyundai for the last 10 years at least! I did notice that about Audrey's car though.
@@soundseeker63 Yeah I’ve noticed that Ken has had that for a long time

Sick and tired of being what, Audrey?
Old lady beef lol
Since when did Rita ever have a car? Furthest she goes is the pub..Never seen driving ever.
I think the last time she drove was when Deirdre got her to follow Ken’s taxi, which brought them to Wendy flamin’ Crozier.
@@sunsetexplorer63936 I don't recall but good memory you have..Damn that Wendy Crozier...
