Ich weiß nicht, wie ich vor 20 Jahren darüber gedacht hätte, aber zumindest vor fünf Jahren, als ein anderes Ex-Mitglied seinen Ausstieg aus der Gruppe bei UA-cam dokumentiert hat, hat mir das schon sehr geholfen. Und wenn es auch nur mal ein bestimmter Satz oder ein Buchtip von ihm war, der mich zum nachdenken gebracht hat. Allerdings sollen die Videos aber ja auch vor allem als Vorbeugung dienen. Und als Hilfe für die, die den Ausstieg aus einer Sekte vielleicht schon geschafft haben, und jetzt zu verstehen versuchen, was da eigentlich mit Ihnen passiert ist.
You should be able to activate automatic subtitles in English (or any other language) now. They are a bit rough but you should get what I'm talking about. I'll see that I make good English subtitles soon and at some point I will also record English versions.
