Refreshing ooo. Factions in camp will never go down ooo
The captain-ship was taken from Kwasi Appiah because he didn't understand french and was given to Abedi. So when Abedi wasn't in the team, Otto Pfister had to give it to another player who understood french and that was Tony Baffoe. Nothing wrong with that.
why do you need to speak the language of the host country before you could be given the captaincy? Were the referees all French?
@@ThereIsStillHOPE4U Probably. It is a french country.
Were they going to play football or speak another man's language? Nonsensical action
@@nanakay121 Kwasi Appiah didn't complain.
@@7415_Gamer ,He had no choice as a result and he didn't want to cause commotions
That was an unpardonable mistake he made because it brought misunderstanding among the players and brought down the team spirit. How do you choose a captain merely because of a language he can speak?
Coach, don't worry yourself. U were right.
I think his decision as much as the final game was concern was a bad one. Even though it was with good intention but it demoralised the team hence them failing to win the game. This tribalism in Ghana is why we are still behind in everything. Sometimes l think if Ghana adopt federal system like Nigeria/ USA it will help a bit.
When he says clans, does he mean ethnicity?
Yes ..
@@ajconcepts5013 I see. So even back then, there was tribalism in football? Wow.
Yes my man!!
