Those two together with 1870 Nairobi west , Emerald springs and DG west , will drastically change Nairobi's skyline since they are all 30+ storeys high and are all located within 5 square kilometres in Westlands. we are literally witnessing a mini Manhattan in the making , Upperhill , Larvington and kilimani will never catch up.

Cape Town is a world class city and is the most developed city in Africa but they have the third largest slum in Africa. Johannesburg is a world class class city but it also has slums. Hata New York ni world class but it has homeless people , rats allover and "dirty" public transport (Subway), being world class doesn't mean you are perfect. It's about a developed, civilised human capital. Ukienda streets za New York, London , Johannesburg Nairobi zote utapata young , youthful people making contents , skating , roller blading etc every world class cities have similar traits

Your guy went to Mombasa and had what's called a 'Eureka moment'-realizing that Kenya isn't just about Nairobi. In fact, the real counterpart to Dar es Salaam is Mombasa, not Nairobi. This video doesn’t even cover 1/3 of Nairobi CBD😂
