@ 20 dollars per pound in Orlando I enjoy it regardless LOL, the only way I buy I have to get a piece of the head like you said you will see the slight yellowing. It is very hard to tell regardless, here in the states freezer burns, etc...
Thanks for showing us the difference between gilbaka and curass. But Danny when the fish is frozen we cannot tell the difference. Then they will ask how much you want and will go in the back and bring it. So there's no way to choose. You know the price we are paying, we should have the gilbaka. Take care.

It's a common scam in NY - some dishonest vendors/shops selling kurass for gilbaka .. They add the yellow stuff on the thick skin kurass and pass it off as gilbaka...

Kakwari is very nutritious and healthily and tastier than gillbaka. Danny stop this shit about gillbaka because of you the local citizens can't afford their own simple sea foods. Denny, you can tell the difference when it's fresh. When all is frozen in ice I am sure it will be difficult to tell
Once you defrost it you should be able to tell the difference
