  • Akshaya Tritiya on this year is on May 10th 2024. The meaning of Akshaya Tritiya is evident in its very name, ‘Akshaya’ means inexhaustible or something that can never be destroyed. Considered as the most auspicious day for new beginnings, it is a day when Mahalakshmi is worshipped.
Śrī Sūkta, is evidently the earliest Sanskrit devotional hymn that revers Śrī as Lakṣmī, the Hindu goddess of wealth, prosperity and fertility. Śrīm̐ and Hrīm̐ are the two bīja aksharas associated with Lakshmi.
Śrīm̐ represents abundance, wealth, well-being and prosperity while Hrīm̐ the Māyā bīja represents manifestation, preservation and transformation.
At Devipuram, rituals are performed through the day.
The potent Śrī Sūkta forms the basis of Pujas performed on this day with the Sri Sukta Vidhana Shodasa (16) Upachara Puja and the Mahalakshmi Homa with the Sri Vidyaranya Samputita Sri Sukta Vidhanam. Mahalakshmi who is one of the Ashta Matruka Murtis among the Khadgamala Devis in the Sri Yantra Maha Meru, is worshipped with Ksheerabhishekam and the special Ashta Matruka Mantra.
You are welcome to participate in these rituals. Check out bit.ly/Sponsoraritual for more information. Message us on Whatsapp on +91 90104 45333

    ABOUT DEVIPURAM
Sri Matre Namaha Sri Gurubhyo Namaha
Devipuram is a centre of learning for Sri Vidya Upasana and the World's only 3 dimensional Sri Yantra one can walk into also known as Sri Yantra Maha Meru. Located just 35 kms from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Devipuram is a meticulous manifestation of Devi and the Mother herself through our beloved Guruji Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati (Dr. Prahlada Sastry) (1934 - 2015), a respected nuclear physicist who, after having received a life-changing vision of Bala Tripura Sundari, left his prestigious job of 23 years at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) to become a Sri Vidya Upasaka and Guru.
Devipuram has three pivotal energy centres
    1) The Sri Yantra Maha Meru where one can worship and interact with the Khadgamala deities directly at their respective locations in the Sri Yantra. These Goddesses have been sculpted based on Guruji's vision that he received from each of the Devi. Moola Virat is Sri Sri Sri Sahasrakshi Raja Rajeswari Devi at the Bindusthanam.
    2) The Kamakhya Guru Peetham, a sacred place at Devipuram where Guruji had many darshans of and received ancient teachings from Goddess Kamakhya and at whose behest, Guruji made the teaching of Sri Vidya an essential part of his mission and strongly believed that everyone regardless of caste, creed, religion, nationality or gender should have access to this Vidya. This is a Shakti Peetham akin to the one in Guwahati, Assam.
    3) Dakshavati which consists of 1000 Shiva Lingas which are around a main Sivalinga where everyone can perform rituals and connect with Shiva, the Transcendental father.
Guruji left no stone unturned in demystifying Sri Vidya and its complex rituals, creating easy formats for everyone to understand and practice. Courses designed by Guruji have a unique blend of scientific methods in imparting Spiritual learnings for one to advance from I (aham) to Mahat (We).
With numerous loving disciples around the world Guruji and hos wife Srimati Annapurnamba (lovingly known as Guruji Amma) have dedicated their lives in service of people in addition to setting up Sri Vidya Trust, as the administration wing of Devipuram which has shaped and executed many social empowerment programs around proximity of Devipuram and beyond to benefit society at large.
