Sorry to say when we went you couldn’t take any food in or even water to drink so we had to leave everything at the entrance / your also not allowed to go in the water either / the sand is fake so when you walk on the so called beach it was like walking on rock, also be aware of the horse and carriages just outside who will charge you 500 pesos for 30 minutes then try to keep you out as long as possible to rip you off / all we wanted was to get dropped off at Rizal park ( and what a beautiful place that is ) but he completely ignored us and went straight past and took us to the Santiago fort that we never even asked to go then tried to charge us 2k and even asked us for a tip 😮
Those pesky sidewalk vendors must be cleared. They contribute to the garbage pollution and don't look well with foreign visitors. The food items are also not safe.

its not safe yet , people there trying to save the sea... but alot of fishes there , means it became clean after many yrs
The beach is complete with a non functioning toilet decoration, very nice!
