The 'actress' insisting on having her headshots from thirty years ago shown was hilarious. Lady, we're LOOKING at you. If you had a daughter, she might look like that. You don't.
I'm typically partial to mid-century modern and modernist designed homes, but this palatial house is a disaster. IMO the outside is jarring to look at since the new house is off-axis from the pre-existing one. That, and the lack of furniture, coupled with the numerous personal photographic touches, add up to a very unique space for a small number of people. If I had the cash I would pass.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good video, however, this property is a truly difficult home to sell but I have all of the confidence that you guys will come out triumphant... Abrazos
Its amazing how the sellers called Aaron company to sell the house, and any changes they recommend it gets shut down. Like dude you plan on moving the buyers will throw all your crap out anyways. People are so closed minded sometimes its scary
mark doty sounds like you are just stuck up. It’s 2020 grandpa when someone invites you to their house to do business in the morning it’s ok to bring a coffee.
Did anyone catch the end of this episode? I was binging the whole season on Peacock lol One takeaway that I got is Aaron and Aarvin seemed to have alot of tension throughout the season. I don't think Aaron likes him tbh but keeps him on because Aarvin is good at what he does in sales and brings in commissions. But watching their exchange was painful sometimes cuz its like Aaron kept finding something to wrangle around Aarvin's neck. The way that he kept yelling at him in front of everyone was such a turnoff and not the best approach as a leader. I just hate when bosses do that, it's so unnecessary and unprofessional in my opinion. That would be something Aaron should work on, like at the end of this episode when Aarvin was late and they were talking about where they could improve. Aaron should stop reprimanding his employees in front of people, it makes everyone in the room extremely uncomfortable and I'm sure super hurtful, embarrassing, and discouraging to that person like Aarvin. I'm proud of Aarvin for always taking it like a man and handling it well. He sure is a strong player, very persistent. This show was entertaining tho, I learned alot!
If you have to introduce yourself as a "successful" actor or director, then you are not all that successful.
Daddies money.
Or Mami’s money
L W HOW DARE YIU
Depends on how you define success either way a person could be successful but not famous
@@azk8584 YIU??
This is a house for a successful UA-camr or gaming squad
L L that’s what I was thinking!
How ironic
That's definitely not a house.
It looks like it could be a great studio. Several studios within.
Maybe a youtuber or a youtube producer can make the space work.

And just as I'm becoming invested in finding out what happens . . . that's the end of the clip. 🤨
Am I buying a house or a Artists Studio haha.
It's almost like you are buying someone's life. It is weird.
The seller sounds right at home there.
He should buy his house lol
the rooms are horrible

Looks like an office building

Try to be real estate agent to find out yourself
His art is really cool
i'd buy that house and rent it out for 5 families dissecting each part of the house.
Chiddy? never heard of the guy
It is fascinating
Nice big houses
How rude to come to someone's house with coffee in hand.
mark doty how is that rude?
@@oscar2500 If you as a grown man need someone to explain manners to you, look elsewhere. I'm not your guy.
Very tasteless
You act as if hes5there for a sleepover. The man is there for business, to evaluate their home. They need him a lot more than he needs them.

Chiddy is broke, he can't afford that house!
I saw the two garages and wondered if it was like a town home kind of house, but nope it's two houses tied together
The art is wonderful.
Not a house... a really ugly modern office building. Why would want to live in that?

For the Wexler's house, with that high price, the design and style are just hideous!
Endless corridors?
Was he stoned in the beginnings
