I am 51 and live in the USA and Finnish metal is by far the best in my opinion.
This is outstanding metal and I will buy the album for certain.
I have been into metal for over 30 years,Status Quo,Blue Cheer,Sabbath,Deep Purple,Thin Lizzy,Judas Priest,Scorpions,Iron Maiden and today I mostly listen to Finnish metal and I am happy to have discovered Sotajumala.

Wow I like the organic sound of drums, especially kicks. Good to see kinda drummers still exist that don't rely on triggers.

Wow. This is so much better than I expected. The guitar solo is very impressive, its just perfect. These guys are very talented and deserve a lot more attention, definitely going to tell my friends about them.

I think it's cool what you're doing with this album, i'll spin the album a few times and i'll decide if i wanna buy it. So far i'm leaning towards hell yeah, cuz this is some seriously quality death metal. I'll growl and headbang along even if i don't know any finnish.
Thanks. No point in buying or listening to music you don't get anything out of. That's why we want people to give this album a shot and if they dig it, we trust that they'll pay something for it and tell their friends about it. And if someone doesn't like it, totally fine as well. Oh and the booklet in the CD and digital download also has lyrics translated to English.

Been a fan since Teloitus came out. Even more of a fan now with this album & song... sounds brutal..... When we go to the bar, we make sure at least one Sotajumala song's played. Finnish death metal is coming with some heavy stuff.... These guys are underrated, they need an American tour and i bet they gather fans up pretty quick.....If someone knows how to buy merch off these guys, from Finland to North Carolina seemed to be a headache when i tried to buy something last.... Hands down these guys tear it up.......

I just said to myself: oh no, this is going to kick my ass.
I had the same thoughts the first time i hear the free song.....dude's vocals are different, but for the good. These guys can tear shit up within an instant.....but getting back to the vocals, I think they was willing to do something a little different and it turned out to be quite the catch. Those vocals in the video are very nice too by the way...... Sotajumala definately has the talent to become something and if metalblade signed them on, it'd be just that much more Bruital
***** There's some issues I have with the composition, but the overall production kicks major ass again.

Definitely need to have an SE right away. This record (and along with some Opeth's songs) convinced me somehow for it.

It has EMGs, so the timbers are going to have less of an impact than the pickups and amp are. If you were to take a cheap basswood guitar, put some EMGs in it and have a good amp (Diezel, Mesa, some Marshall, or Victory, for example) you'd get a very similar sound.

Respectiä helvetisti, että levitätte uutta levyä tällä tavalla. Joko jostain saa lukea mitä mieltä olette musiikin nykytilanteesta? Ja mitä se rahankeräyslaki tarkalleen sanoo lahjoitusten keräämisestä? En minä ymmärtänyt noista pykälöistä mitään.
kaakatin Olis tarkoitus tässä kesän aikana tehdä yhteenvetoa. Levy on noin 80 % omillaan. Spotifyn ja iTunesin tilitykset puuttuu vielä, mutta eipä ole suuria odotuksia niiden suhteen. En ole lakimies, mutta ymmärrykseni mukaan lahjoituksia ei voi ottaa vastaan ilman rahankeräyslupaa, jonka anominen taas voi kestää useamman kuukauden ja tuskin tähän tarkoitukseen sellaista saisimme. Eli siinä missä maailmalla joukkorahoitukset porskuttavat eteenpäin, niin Suomessa suojellaan ihmisiä siltä, ettei heitä kusetettaisi. =/
+Sotajumala Siinä on taas virkamiehistö laittanut parastaan.. On ihan ookoo laittaa levy jakoon ja sanoa että se on sitten 20€ kipale ota tai jätä. Mutta ei missää nimessä ole ookoo laittaa levyä jakoon ja sanoa että maksa jotain/20€ jos tykkäät siitä/haluat. gg
