I like Matt’s optimism and how he embraces the challenges ahead. His great support and unconditional love to navigate the future of the family is already half of the battle. I wish you all the very best and hopefully will settle in a comfortable place someday. Perhaps take a trip to checkout California. SoCal is mostly warm and humid almost like Southeast Asia, but gets cool at night. And of course, the diversity community.

I wonder if it is the lack of air humidity that is causing your allergies as most Southeast Asian countries have high humidity. If that's the case, just buy a humidifier.
Why don’t you reconsider relocate to other states with warmer weather and higher humidity? It’s better than your situation now.
Check to see if there’s any trees or plants around your house that might be the trigger of your allergies….

Since now you are home, you should quickly go see a psychiatrist/psychologist for your mental health issue. This is the root cause actually! Unless your husband doesn’t mind you leaving him & son for a couple of months, go out traveling alone, have fun & look for excitement every now and then ….. There are many strong women out there, learn from them. Some even having sickness more severe than you, but they do not do selfish act like you do …. You should watch the previous vlog , and see the sadness in your son’s eyes again

I too have allergy for many years but only during the cold months. Went to see an allergist to figure out . Avoided those foods that I am allergic to but in the end I have to resort to seeing a naturopath who healed me 70%. The rest I have to be careful with what I eat. I became a vegetarian and avoided sweets as much as I can. All these helped me a lot and my allergy is getting shorter from 6 months to 4 months and now just 1 month. It’s a struggle for more than 20 years ( didn’t want to scare you ) . Be strong and hang in there. If you believe in GOD , pray for a miracle cure . To me it’s already a miracle cure.!
