Yes, several in fact! The Vestas wind turbine set was released twice, came with a motor so the blades spin. IIRC, there was a City set with a truck transporting a wind turbine blade. There are also several City and Friends sets depicting electric vehicles and charging stations as well as solar panels on roofs. LEGO Dacta and Education sets have included actual LEGO solar panels in the past, most notably in the renewable energy expansion set, which also included a LEGO generator motor and special rechargeable battery with a screen to tell you how quickly and efficiently the battery is being charged by your solar/generator setup. That set also included special blades so you could build a working wind turbine with the generator, and wheels so you could generate electricity by rolling a car along, like regenerative brakes on hybrids and EVs, and then use the battery to drive the generator as a motor and make the car drive forward on its own power. You could even plug the battery into a Mindstorms robot so it could use the charge rate or discharge as a sensor input, and do things like reposition the solar panel mechanically to find the best position. It's sadly a discontinued set, but one of the most desirable and sought after Education sets LEGO ever made.
