Thanks for covering the deck! Loved the video. I'm subbed now! I piloted the deck that Saturday. We didn't play out the top 4 but I did beat one of the two Han Green lists in the Swiss rounds 😁
@@HyperspaceCube Yeah I have made some adjustments to better fight control. Rogue Operatives and Spark of Rebellions help a lot. In the sideboard I added Bodhi Rooks too.
Add in (Sneak Attack - Play a unit from your hand. It costs 3 less and enters play ready. At the start of the regroup phase, defeat it.) and use that for Redemption. Then it costs 3 less, you heal 8, then you also get the 6 damage to base or unit that turn. Then it is defeated and it doesn't feel as bad.
Where that could be a good card it technically only costs 1 less, as you’re paying 2 to play sneak attack, but it’s worth a shot trying it in the deck! You could use that to make a Redemption play turn 4, but then it would leave play, so idk how good it would be, but who knows
nice vid. a note about Falcon with Han: You ready your resources before you choose to pay for Falcon, so you can stack the order so you pay for Falcon, then defeat that resource, creating a pseudo "Free" falcon tax. Its very strong on T1
Congrats on the finish. I’m probably going to cover this list on my channel one of these days, I haven’t done a Han decktech yet, and the green one is kind of everywhere lol.
I appreciate that so much! Don’t forget to subscribe to see the next ones! I have an amazing budget list coming up next featuring the guy who made it, first deck tech like that I’ve done!
Great deck, great video! This deck is so fun, a lot more fun than U-Wing Green Han or Casino Han in my opinion. I would just maybe say that Security Complex could be taken out for a 30 health blue base like Dagobah Swamp. The shield doesn't seem worth 5 health and since there are some big units in play here (even with Han's resource cheating), the deck can use it. Been testing it with Dagobah and it's been performing great versus Boba Green. Now to test vs. Leia Red
Awesome man! I was thinking about testing it the same way, a 30 health seems better in this deck personally but wanted to cover the exact list he used, glad to hear testing is going well for you!
@@MakeAnOpening It really does the more games i get in with it; the ability to just outlast those otherwise iffy 22-23 damage phases where you can attack with Han and bring Luke in after bringing Obi in the prior turn are crucial. It also gives you that last bit of staying power to bring in Redemption and when you do that with Luke out, game over. Big time.
I beat Palpatine Blue in the top 8 and Krennic Green in the Swiss rounds. It's not as bad of a matchup as it might seem on the surface. Definitely requires practice and patience in the matchups
Han Blue has been my favorite deck to play so far, happy to see a list do well!
It did really well for sure! I’ve never looked into it personally because of the prevalence of Han Green but it’s very fun!

It’s the man himself! I knew you would be able to take it to them! Congrats on the finish sir!
Any update on the deck after Top 4!? Especially with the rise of control?

Luke is also a good sneak attack target. for 6 you get luke ready which kills an enemy unit with -3/-3 or -6/-6 you can do 6 to base and heal 3.
Gotta love juicy tech haha
Another great video James!
Thanks a bunch!

Its very strong on T1
One of my favorite plays! I learned that interaction on Force Table :)
Definitely a strong move.
I have eaten my fair share of A wings on t1 haha

Very true
I'd love to see it played.
I've made some small changes since the 1k, but also love what you shared
Will play it! Maybe play it with the man who made it? Stay tuned! 😂
What changes?

Is this deck supposed to be 53 cards? Just realized I was running it at 50 without Fleet Lieutenant lol.
@@michaeljames2288 its not 53. Something must be off. I'll check where the difference is
@@michaeljames2288 looks like this is list 51 main.
My list from the event was slightly different. I had 2 waylays instead of 3 for the tournament.
😂 cute cat! Looks like my little guy
Orange guys are so funny
i like the deck tech. seems like imperial control and waylay would wreck the deck.
I haven’t had the best luck against Iden Green, but it’s super fun regardless!

You don't need to pop iden shield to use takedown
Correct!
Deck list? Can’t see cards behind your head…
All deck lists will be in the description! Sorry about the cam lol
