Michael. Matthew 5:4 says
‘Blessed are those who mourn
For they shall be comforted.’
Life has many highs & lows.
Mountains & valleys.
Like you said, life is a choice.
It’s our choice to climb higher or to waller in the valley.
Trusting in the Lord and like me daily asking for forgiveness and then learning to walk it out helps with our relationship with Him, ourself & others.
Thankfully you’ve been given life and your testimony will help many.
Thankful I too can say,
