Ok but I've been listening to this song for years and it's amazing. It lets your imagination go wild! Personally, it reminds me of being inside a warm house on a snowy or rainy day, and the house is like a cozy cabin-like home. There are decorations all over the walls and windows take up space wherever there isn't any space taken up. The house has a ton of skylights. It also reminds me of a cozy greenhouse on a summer day, full of roses and flowers and a single grand piano near a cluster of vines.
I can imagine just waking up with your significant other next to you and just snuggling with them with like a vintage room setup in the middle of a cabin/house in a forest. The walls are made of a nice textured wood, and the roof is slanted on one side above your head, and there's a large window that you can look up and out of into the sky/trees.

This song is what dissociating feels like. The pausing and then, continuation, repetition, etc of the song and beat is like losing memory of what happened and then just going on with your day. The repetition is when you try to remember but keep returning to the present moment because you can't remember anything before it. It also feels like when you remember why you dissociated. Just quickly flipping back to something normal if it's too much for your mind to just let it sit.
I just imagine a little child running away into an unknown futuristic city with lots of lights. She runs around curiously, hoping to get back to the countryside, as that is where her home is. In the violin part, she sees a man playing a violin while people are dancing to it in the streets. She joins in, but then she sees a wave of darkness heading towards her. As she runs (when the beat drops a third time), she finds a hover board and grabs it. She rides it really high in the air as the wave is nearly touching her. She then falls off the hover board, goes through a roof of a house, and she’s back in her bed again. She wakes up. It was a dream. Edit: Well, this is just one of the many imaginative situations this song throws at me.
My interpretation: Someone's loved ones are no longer among them. They are all alone. They're going through a tough time. The random, yet flowing sounds throughout the song represent the someone's anxious/depressing/disturbing thoughts rushing through their head all at once. Someone slowly descends further into madness as the song escalates and becomes more intense. 2:10, the someone begins to hallucinate, and they begin hurting themselves. They have flashbacks. They feel completely isolated from reality. 2:35, they finally accept fate and kill themselves. The sudden shift in tone represents how their mind is finally cleared, until they realize what they've done. They end up just feeling.. disappointed. They could've made it far. They could've gotten help.. but this was their choice, and now they accept it. *I'm a very depressing person. :D*

It's like an old recording, with missing detail and lyrics. Like a partial memory. That's why it feels nostalgic. The backlash and echo makes it feel like a large room, the violently changing and waving interpretation of the voices gives the creepy vibe. The combination of these is what it feels like something going past by us, like if it would be in the past already, and because it's a huge and intimidating thing, we feel like we'll miss it, but we're glad it goes, too. It has partially a broken/damaged happy style, which makes us end up in a grotesk and oxymoronic state. The sudden changes bring us to a turn in emotion, which can be really confusing. The sharp sounds and damaged voices cut deep as a flathead screwdriver inside our soul, this may trigger memories with the same style, type, sharp and hurting ones. I'm not an expert at psychology, I only tried to use my logical brain to connect the feelings. I'll continue to try to analyze this, because its original and complex combination of sensory touches. The happy singing is cartoonish, playful, and a bit childish. In the good way. This might trigger our playful inner child. This song is what dissociating feels like. The pausing and then, continuation, repetition, etc of the song and beat is like losing memory of what happened and then just going on with your day. The repetition is when you try to remember but keep returning to the present moment because you can't remember anything before it. It also feels like when you remember why you dissociated. Just quickly flipping back to something normal if it's too much for your mind to just let it sit.

I just imagine a little child running away into an unknown futuristic city with lots of lights. She runs around curiously, hoping to get back to the countryside, as that is where her home is. In the violin part, she sees a man playing a violin while people are dancing to it in the streets. She joins in, but then she sees a wave of darkness heading towards her. As she runs (when the beat drops a third time), she finds a hover board and grabs it. She rides it really high in the air as the wave is nearly touching her. She then falls off the hover board, goes through a roof of a house, and she’s back in her bed again. She wakes up. It was a dream.

My interpretation:
Someone's loved ones are no longer among them. They are all alone.
They're going through a tough time. The random, yet flowing sounds throughout the song represent the someone's anxious/depressing/disturbing thoughts rushing through their head all at once.
Someone slowly descends further into madness as the song escalates and becomes more intense.
2:10, the someone begins to hallucinate, and they begin hurting themselves. They have flashbacks. They feel completely isolated from reality.
2:35, they finally accept fate and kill themselves. The sudden shift in tone represents how their mind is finally cleared, until they realize what they've done. They end up just feeling.. disappointed. They could've made it far. They could've gotten help.. but this was their choice, and now they accept it.

It's like an old recording, with missing detail and lyrics. Like a partial memory. That's why it feels nostalgic.
The backlash and echo makes it feel like a large room, the violently changing and waving interpretation of the voices gives the creepy vibe.
The combination of these is what it feels like something going past by us, like if it would be in the past already, and because it's a huge and intimidating thing, we feel like we'll miss it, but we're glad it goes, too.
It has partially a broken/damaged happy style, which makes us end up in a grotesk and oxymoronic state.
The sudden changes bring us to a turn in emotion, which can be really confusing.
The sharp sounds and damaged voices cut deep as a flathead screwdriver inside our soul, this may trigger memories with the same style, type, sharp and hurting ones.
I'm not an expert at psychology, I only tried to use my logical brain to connect the feelings.
I'll continue to try to analyze this, because its original and complex combination of sensory touches.
