Out of all the toho monster king caesar make the most sense to be in the monster verse especially seeing how theyre starting to add "earth defenders"
Scar King should have been a take on King Caesar imo.
I predict that in this movie, Kong will become King Kong.
My hopes for the next monster verse movies

Destroy all monsters ( Kong, Godzilla, Son of Kong, mothra, angirus and Rodan vs “ Mecha- King Ghidorah”
Godzilla Vs Cthulhu ( let’s get wacky and bring in some cosmic horror to the monster verse)
I hope the next movie they bring Destroyah into the monsterverse and Godzilla gets the absolute win this time
Well destroyah would be a final boss and also I wanna see space Godzilla and other villains first

Nah. Original monsters with original powers are in right now and builds hype for what they'll look like. Space Godzilla would've been boring.
As much as I loved -1. Godzilla fighting other monsters is my bread and butter

I doubt it. We’ve seen him evolve one time in one movie and that’s because they nuked him. I can’t wait to see it but I also don’t believe all theories these guys put out either! And that’s exactly what they are “theories”😂

I'm fine spoiling myself on this one. On the heels of Minus One, this trailer was a huge letdown.
You can't let one movie affect your view on another. Both tones are classic Godzilla tones. The trailer seems wacky, but Legendary has faith in the movie which is the biggest green flag. Godzilla "runs" in this, because he'll be more agile in the fight; once you see the fight between all four kaiju, it'll be worth the $10.
To be fair, for the longest time even Japanese Godzilla was corny. Even as recently as GMK
The most annoying quote toho fan boys say is "Only Japan gets godzilla" like have you seen half of the toho movies? Son of Godzilla, All monsters attack and the anime triogly?

What was wrong with Minus One. I saw the movie theaters and it was the best Godzilla since Shin Godzilla.

If there is an alien in the future, I hope it’s Gigan. I’d also like to see a power rangers/pacific rim type team that pilots jet jaguar. I’d also love to see Destroyah being created from the oxygen destroyer.

They're just going to have Shimo outright win the beam clash this is mainly a Kong movie so I think Godzilla's getting shoved to the side
Legendary Godzilla and kong vs gigan and megalon could be a classic fight if they go that route with the movies if they add aliens

Hey long time Godzilla fan here just wanted to say that the “arachnid” is a titan named scylla she actually makes an appearance in king of the monsters she’s the obvious giant spider when Godzilla roars at the end.
It is one of those movies were the plot only exist to justify the fights, and I am ok with that.

Geekdom is Rosè Godzilla black we see in the trailer his upgrade or is this his version for this film...with kong who the infinity gauntlet. It's sound so crazy to this but the trailer shows it lol
So Shimu is just Krystalak from Godzilla Unleashed on the Wii. Be interesting to see how it looks and used in the movie.
I hope Godzilla's new pink design is just a temporary upgrade.

Sadly imo its not gonna be as good as -1.. Based on the early screenings, reviewers stated that this movie again is focused on the humans, wackier, more towards comedy AND Godzilla has less screentime than ever. How does the human character focus element is good in the legendary vers? They've been flopping all the time. Ppl want monster action.

I can definitely see Godzilla dying in this movie even tho he can always be brought back via a baby Godzilla. Kong has yet to be referred to as "King" so it sets up perfect that Kong and Zilla defeat an Ape that considers itself the true King of HE and Godzilla dies in a valiant way leaving Kong the last one standing and crowned the new King.
Thought it was in the contract that Godzilla can't die in the legendary films he can get messed up but dying is a big NO NO
Godzilla is not allowed to die, and Mothra is not allowed to kill. Those are the two constants.
