I saw that episode of the Apprentice when Kwame won and Trump had the nerve to ask Kwame if he would share the job that he won with that white woman who lost. That was my first hint that Trump was racist.
That was actually Dr. Randal Pinkett, not Kwame. Jackson. that was years later.
Between his behavior towards black men on Apprentice and Central Park 5, I always find it hard to believe when so many black men openly supported him.

I felt that Kwame Jackson was far superior to supervise the building of Trump Towers in Chicago where The Chicago Daily News or Sun Times used be. I don't remember. I used to live there.
Jackson was the most qualified. I realized then something fishy with Trump or the director of the show. Then of course it wasn't true reality TV. It was scripted, directed. I'm sure rehearsed with Trump's role. After awhile I stopped watching it, I found Trump neauseating.
One more thing. Trump wanted to trademark the phrase "You're Fired," but legally wasn't allowed.

I could only get through a few episodes, with my then freshly MBA and knowing some history on That Orange Fool, I could see that fakeness of it all. I deemed it not worth my time and it seemed so much foolishness. I do not think that many of the Black professionals of the time would did not take him or NBC seriously.

Black Trump supporters are a very loud minority. My brother has a friend who calls himself a Trump supporter and you know what? He fits a black male Trump supporter to a tee. This is what has been found out about a lot of black male Trump supporters. They talk a good game but they don't vote. My brother's friend hasn't voted in years. My brother said he quit talking politics with him when he found that out.

I’m beginning to understand why I never bought into the convicted 45 and saw him for what he is…I never watched a single episode of that show. I also recall Apprentice production crew talking about the intense work it took to outfit the "raggedy" boardroom in Trump Tower. It was raggedy then and raggedy now wouldn't surprise me. Thumbs partially up. First thing, if Mark Burnett is the Executive Producer of The Apprentice, Survivor, and Shark Tank. That means he owns and distributes the show correct? The networks upon each show airs only broadcasts the show. Second to the point of both producers and networks telling and selling falsehoods about its characters or actors. Funny that they'll fire or consider them persona non grada if they are caught behaving badly off screen. Charlie Sheen and Alec Baldwin comes to mind as two examples. Yet somehow Donald Trump's serious character flaws were ignored. As Bill Pruitt hinted at, people who are liars sell huge lies. As you mentioned, I watched The Apprentice from the inaugural season to season 4. Where the first Black contestant won Randall Pinkett. Who just like Kwame Jackson and several contestants from the show have spoken out against Donald Trump.
I despise Donald Trump. However, we can't hold Trump accountable for using the "N" word and not hold our rappers to the same standard. That word is not an endearing word. It is the lowest insult you can say to a Black Americans. , No race should be allowed to use the N word including Black Americans. Jay-Z, Drake, and others are just as wrong for using the word as Trump. Until we hold them to the same standard as Trump, we are being hypocritical.

Chappelle didn’t just make that distinction, he had sketches that did that too, he gave white people the pass to say the word repeatedly live. It was part of how Comedy Central advertised the show. He wasn’t ambushed on stage and outnumbered, Dave had total creative control. It just took him 3 years to figure out he was doing more damage than necessary.
