Technically, Neptune stopped being a CPU in the game upon entering the Ultradimension. They just don't have enough time to make Neptune and Vert find CPU Memory items and do this episode's story in 30 minutes.
Btw, "Gehaburn Anime Version" is the second most powerful weapon you can get in Rebirth 2. It beats the stats of the "Gehaburn mk2 version" by a lot.
The holy weapon known as the "Share Sword" is the only thing stronger than the anime Gehaburn.
Not a surprise as you're combining the Gehaburn with the faith of all the people of Gameindustri. The demonic sword called Gehaburn becoming a holy sword called Share Sword was epic.

Really like that they used the opening theme of Victory when the Ultradimension CPUs arrived.
Also, I just noticed, Neptune never noticed the Ultradimension Vert maybe until she spoke. I assumed she didn't considering that she didn't find it odd immediately that there's another Vert.

+Sasha B. Neptune represents the Sega Neptune whereas Plutia represents the Sega Pluto. I believe it's to represent when Sega changed presidents over time or something like that.

+Sasha B. It's either Carlos Polk's Explanation or (in-game) according to Histoire, because the ultradimension needs a CPU disk to become one, the neptune of the ultradimension might be dead(from lack of puudding according to noire)
