You can take the wheels off any vehicle by lightly running that wheel over with the tank. I know you can launch cars by hitting them with the boost from the vigilante I wounder if it would launch the tank.
It would be too easy for the tank because the tank can get the insurgents out of the way with the cannon and insurgent do pretty less damage instead of the vigilante with boost
