i compare 'k-pop' agency like boxing gym. but not practicing boxing, they practice dance, sing, rap instrument, some acting, some stylist, etc. (even some get debut, some not (same like boxing, some got contract, some not.)) (i'm not sure about the cost, but might be, even they need to pass audition to be trainee.(and some are from casting)) for more TWICE, 'killing voice' might good to start, to introduce some of their old songs, but their discography are pretty long (and a lot of good songs on their b-sides) their dance practice are fun to watch too. anyway, have a good day. :)
