Use two 55 or 65 inch TV or display in both of your workshop, and on zoom or teams you can attend meetings for your team. You will save your time and efforts both.

Entry ramp early also mentioned, this can brush cars at side . Need to curve the entry so it clears the side wall of the work shop . Like you have in any bridge they are all curved.

Sir I would suggest air circulator in the new workshop. It helps to keep the inside cool and drags the inside smell air outside. Just a a thought from me.
