Well the Tyranids are a complex hierarchical intelligence that inderstands the threat of the warp and are adapting to overcome the threat It would be exciting to see Tyranid hive fleets fly into the eye of Terror to both draw the Chaos armadas and get grinded down for lack of biomass, like a reversal of the Ork worlds were they test the new bioforms
I see… the Mind is a singular entity, with a wide variety of tools for different jobs. So it’ll break off Leviathans fleet off early to leave food for Kronos, and return Kronos is like that “specialist screwdriver” for specifically demons.
i wonder if nurgle worshipers just instantly die when faced with the jamming of this fleet. they need constant access to nurgles favor to prevent their diseases from killing them after all
Everything must change. Even the dominance of the chaos gods. When the tyranids have eaten everything, they will turn on each other and seed the galaxy’s next era of life. Even in death, Tzeench manages to troll the material realm.
Imagine a tyranid-orc strain of fleet with this tho...the power of the WAAAGH, the ability to grow from SPORES... And the ability to eat demons...galaxy might as well pack it in...they're all food anyway
Apparently there’s a short story about genestealers infiltrating an Ork tribe. The Orks found it weird that some of the members of the tribe were a bluish color and acted pretty timidly. Since the hybrids weren’t green like an Ork and didn’t act like an Ork, the real Orks bullied and killed them all.
I theorize that Kronos might be sampling the daemon-tainted mortals' biomass left on these worlds to maybe one day develop a more daemonic bioform of its own. Emperor protect us.
I kinda like how the Tyranids are not written as just plain invincible, that they have legitemate weaknesses. Like Necrons and Demons that do not have biomass for them to absorb or whatever happened in the Ghoul Star system that made any Hive Fleet coming from that direction make a wide berth around them. It's a lot more interesting than simply having them casually roll over everything and shrugging off anything that is thrown at them.
@@simpleman3898 Issue with both is the same. Tyranids biggest strength is how effectively they recycle biomass. They don't have to care at all about casualties as long as they eventually win. But with demons, which are made of warp energy and necrons, which are made of metal, the problem for them is the same. What biomass?
Necrons need to get off their mechanical tuchuses and start giving the hive fleets the pimp hand, since (at least lore wise) they seem to be best suited to bug exterminating.
The fact that leviathan lets Kronos feed like that makes me believe that the giant ball of biomass the tyranids are moving around could be for some splinter fleet we either haven’t seen yet or haven’t seen in a few centuries
Tyranids stories are always fascinating. 👌💯✨️ But I seem to remember a story about a Tyranid fleet getting stuck in the warp and hasn't found its way out....yet?
Omg yesss god bless the lore master, your uploads make my night. I always listen to each vid twice. Once as sleep aid, and another doing cardio where I pay attention
That just means Tyranids are one step away from discovering the relation between matter and energy, uncovering this relation will create unlimited supply of energy to Tyranids from the warp which they would easily form a method to create matter than organic matter from energy. Than they would need to gobble up a couple of Necrons to learn green energy and than teleportation. Exciting times.
The Tyranid threat cannot be under estimated. With the Imperium slowly reintroducing Volkite weaponry, it means a new addition to the arsenal of the challenged Imperium.
They don’t. They just see Chaos as a threat to their biomass. Chaos and Tyranids are both parasites/predator of humans especially. One feeds on the physical the other the spiritual and they are mutually exclusive.. so it’s in both of their best interests to eliminate the other
It makes sense to fight chaos when the tyranids see them as someone mooching off of their food source, either by killing people or dragging them and worlds into the warp

@@ethanhilot Your welcome - when I had first heard the expression and tried to remember it my brain went to "subhum@n" as well. The only reason I knew it couldn't be that is me being german and therefore somewhat sensitized to certain speech conventions - and hearing "subhum@n" spoken unironically immidiatly rings the nazi alarm bells for a german. Even the expression "Selektion" ("selection") which had been completly neutral before the nazis gets avoided/has gotten fully replaced by exclusivly using an alternative germanic form instead because the nazis applied the latin form for the, well, _selection_ of victims into those forfeit to get killed immidiatly and those "suited for slave labour" following arrival in the death camps. If that's what happened to an at bottom line neutral expression as it remained to be in non-culprit/english speaking nations imagine the taste an expression like "subhum@n" leaves behind with not only modern germans but anybody familiar with the details of the nazi regime.. It's also extremly weird to hear "caucasian" used as an expression for "of european descent" in the US and only in the US because the expression got coined by a german scholar in the 1700's just to get rejected by the rest of the scientific community because it had been ridiculously racist _even at the time:_ This guy was a philologist who had found some sources saying that in the Persian Empire slaves from the Caucasus region had been in high demand because they supposedly had been "the most beautiful people anybody had ever seen" with a "remarkably light skin tone" - so for him things had been very obvious: _More attractive and lighter in skin tone than anybody else? This has to refer to "white european" populations in the Caucasus bece who would be more beautiful and light-skinned than us europeans after all?_ It carries an inherent connotation of supposed european superiority based on nothing but some vague ancient references to some beautiful people - only in the US where "caucasian" actually managed to establish and stick around because "beautiful and pale" seemed to be the perfect descriptor because being "non-caucasian" inherently implied being "non-pale" and therefore "non-attractive" i.e. "black". Of course this doesn't make any sense because there is no such thing as "human races" in light of the fact that "races" is a term from animal breeding while human skin tone and phenotype are a gradient without sharp divisions. Please don't get me wrong: I don't mean to berate or school you and I don't think you are a nazi or racist at all - I just feel it to be my historical responsibility if not duty as a german to raise awareness about certain expressions, particularly since the nazis took a very deliberate linguistical approach in preparation of their atrocities as dealt with in the book _"LTI - Lingua Tertii Imperii: Notebook of a Philologist"_ by Victor Klemperer, a very interesting read especially for a 40k fan because _The Imperium of Man_ takes a very similar approach at times and for obvious reasons. And it becomes relevant in again in politics in recent years which is extremly scary to witness: The nazis coined a term to slur critical media, the german word _"Lügenpresse"_ - if you translate it literally into english it turns out as _"Fake News".._ However, now I'm ranting - didn't mean to dumb a wall of text on you but with certain topics I just can't help myself. 😅 Take care and greetings from Berlin! ⚜️💀⚙️

I think I only know it because I delved into Scientology for a time (though from a critical perspective of course) and they use it as a negative.. 😅
I believe the main Tyranid fleet is busy fighting on many fronts of the galactic wide space so they only sent small scout fleets and 3 main fleets while the main hive fights on the Galactic War front. And who are they fighting? Who knows possibly a reawaken once dormant Necron Empire that could be one of Billions other Empire's, Federation and New Born Empire other theories they could be fighting The Human Federation (The Golden Age of Humanity) who could still be around and much more higher in technological advancements though no where near as advanced to The Necrons but still pretty powerful holding there own in galactic territories and galaxies on both Offense and Defense against the Tyranids and Necrons.
I know everyone perceives chaos as the main threat in the 40k universe but I think tyranids are the most threatening force in the imperium. They have no intention, ego or independent thought… they just consume create biomass and propagate. It’s a force that can’t be corrupted or reasoned with, just a single minded force of consumption
I can see the Hive Mind learning and adopting the hive fleets to either. Adopt features of Greater Demons. And even eating non-organic materials, such as metal. Since such creatures already exist in the 40K universe.
Imagine orks running into the full invasion fleet and engaging in such intense and constant warfare that they evolve into Krorks and summon Gork and Mork. They just need assistance to gain time to evolve.

I have a theory that Nids were created by a race like The Old Ones to combat chaos. Eliminating races contributing to the existence of chaos and chaos gods is just one step, Kronos takes fight directly with demonic forces, meanwhile some other Tyranid forces are building *something*. Now it may seem they are not utilising technology at all, but something tells me they may have even better grasp at it than, say, Necrons. Yes! They have fought and digested innumerable races and their weapons, tanks, void ships. They simply achieve their tasks in efficient biological ways. Necrona built anti-chaos pillars on Cadia. Nids emit Shadow in the Warp wherever they go. And whatever they are building, what if it's a MASSIVE galaxy-spanning Shadow in the Warp emitter? They could close the Eye of Terror. And by eradicating every race in the galaxy, kill chaos gods! Well, maybe. Just a theory.
I think the reason why the chaos forces are immolating so many prisoners on planets that are in the path of the tyranids are maybe similar to what that one inqisitor did. I forgot the name, but basically, there was this one inqisitor who thought it'd be a good idea to just exterminatus all worlds near a hive fleet in order to starve it of biomass. While his goals were noble he was ultimately excommunicated due to the massive losses that were incurred from this tactic. But, since chaos forces don't have the risk of being excommunicated, maybe they thought it'd be worth a try.
Has there ever been Tyranids actively trying to consume whats inaide the Ghoul Stars? Im not talking about the one errant Hive fleet that accidentally ran into a desolate world against the New Dawn chapter. Or do even the Tyranids look at the Ghoul Stars and just nope the f out? Im curious if whats inside the Ghoul Stars are Old Ones experiments that ran afoul or went out of control when the Old Ones were wiped out (or fled according to some) so these crazy creatures just went unchecked for countless millenia.

Well the Tyranids are a complex hierarchical intelligence that inderstands the threat of the warp and are adapting to overcome the threat
It would be exciting to see Tyranid hive fleets fly into the eye of Terror to both draw the Chaos armadas and get grinded down for lack of biomass, like a reversal of the Ork worlds were they test the new bioforms
It really would be fun to see what happens if they do in fact collide with the Eye, and I hope GW explores this in some way

Interesting the chaos has a vested interest in both keeping life alive and wiping out threats to it.
I theorize that Kronos might be sampling the daemon-tainted mortals' biomass left on these worlds to maybe one day develop a more daemonic bioform of its own.

That would be a horrifying addition to the galaxy. Having demonic, extradimensional Tyranids running around could spell the end to everything!
@@Scholarslore thanks for noting my input, my lord.
Love your work, my man, keep it up!
Really? That's cool. The chaos and necros balance the tyranids
Blessed be you for these truly evocative sermons.

I’m gonna wait and let the Scholar cook but I can’t see how Tyranids would ever find Demons a tasty treat
They don’t. They just see Chaos as a threat to their biomass. Chaos and Tyranids are both parasites/predator of humans especially. One feeds on the physical the other the spiritual and they are mutually exclusive.. so it’s in both of their best interests to eliminate the other
Er, Roasted Bloodletter of Khorne with a beast man gravy is actually delicious! Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it!
It makes sense to fight chaos when the tyranids see them as someone mooching off of their food source, either by killing people or dragging them and worlds into the warp

Great video brother the adeptus ministorum is pleased with your videos its helps train inquisitors. We now ask if you could do a video covering the different subhumans please 😁.
It's called "abhumans" - the other term has certain historical implications..
@@kai_plays_khomus thx
It's also extremly weird to hear "caucasian" used as an expression for "of european descent" in the US and only in the US because the expression got coined by a german scholar in the 1700's just to get rejected by the rest of the scientific community because it had been ridiculously racist _even at the time:_
This guy was a philologist who had found some sources saying that in the Persian Empire slaves from the Caucasus region had been in high demand because they supposedly had been "the most beautiful people anybody had ever seen" with a "remarkably light skin tone" - so for him things had been very obvious:
_More attractive and lighter in skin tone than anybody else? This has to refer to "white european" populations in the Caucasus bece who would be more beautiful and light-skinned than us europeans after all?_
It carries an inherent connotation of supposed european superiority based on nothing but some vague ancient references to some beautiful people - only in the US where "caucasian" actually managed to establish and stick around because "beautiful and pale" seemed to be the perfect descriptor because being "non-caucasian" inherently implied being "non-pale" and therefore "non-attractive" i.e. "black".
Of course this doesn't make any sense because there is no such thing as "human races" in light of the fact that "races" is a term from animal breeding while human skin tone and phenotype are a gradient without sharp divisions.
Please don't get me wrong: I don't mean to berate or school you and I don't think you are a nazi or racist at all - I just feel it to be my historical responsibility if not duty as a german to raise awareness about certain expressions, particularly since the nazis took a very deliberate linguistical approach in preparation of their atrocities as dealt with in the book
_"LTI - Lingua Tertii Imperii: Notebook of a Philologist"_ by Victor Klemperer, a very interesting read especially for a 40k fan because _The Imperium of Man_ takes a very similar approach at times and for obvious reasons.
And it becomes relevant in again in politics in recent years which is extremly scary to witness:
The nazis coined a term to slur critical media, the german word _"Lügenpresse"_ - if you translate it literally into english it turns out as _"Fake News".._
However, now I'm ranting - didn't mean to dumb a wall of text on you but with certain topics I just can't help myself. 😅
Take care and greetings from Berlin!

Now that I think about it I guess it's a portmonteau of "human" and "abberant", but I'm not sure whether it's a suitable mnemonic because though I coincidentally know the term I have no clue how common it is in everyday speech i.e. whether it would require a mnemonic itself. I think I only know it because I delved into Scientology for a time (though from a critical perspective of course) and they use it as a negative.. 😅
