Lancyboi hit this one out of the park! Now we finally have something other then Lone Oak. This is a stereotypical midwest farming community and was amazingly done. I know it’s very square but that’s the way Midwest fields are. There are so many beautifully detailed European maps, many I enjoy, but finally we have one great US map. Great review!
For those who are wondering on the animal limits. I just went to his Facebook page and he said it is 500 for both cow pens, sheep and pigs.
I'm on console and was able to place only 300 pigs, not 500. Have not tried yet the other animals.

Nice video! By the way you can have a different sleep trigger, just simply sell starting farm and it will allow you to set up a different house or sleeping trigger.
On new farmer ?
You can't sell any farms or pens. You can buy the land but not able to buy animals in multiplayer
I tried that in new farmer mode on console and it did not work. Still says I can only have one farm house. Selling the starting farm did not remove the farm house.
Maybe n PC but console your stuck with what you have. Sad really I think this map looks great has tons of potential but with static items you can't delete or not bring able to pick your home farm etc are a deal breaker for me. You can even use the door mat mod on another existing farm house. This is me personally my OCD for neat and tidy with out piles of junk in the way. Makes me sad I do think it is a great map but needs work and changes IMO
I saw you were doing episodes in this map figured I'd check out the map tour. Just started the Holland map. Probably gonna switch over to this. Especially since I'm from central Illinois.

Dude I grew up playing on Illinois corn fields. That's awesome. Lots of memories there.
I grew up around there too, Running around family farms in Oregon, Forreston, Peoria and Bloomington/Normal.

Heard there is lot of goat farmers that drive jd in Illinois. Lol
Definitely looks like central Illinois. Almost too hilly. Towards Moline it gets ridiculously flat.
Also, if you want to be realistic on this map Sealy, no cotton or sugarcane. Beans and corn are king.

All map makers should take a page from Alien Jim play book and have a place able door mat for sleep triggers .I though for sure that you would jump on Sandy Beach map but then there are so many other you tubers on it. Great tour!
When I was in the service here in the US I had the pleasure of working side by side with the RAF. They always would jokingly call Independence Day “Traitors Day” and I thought it was hilarious 🤣

One thing I noticed is that you need a 420 hp tractor to use the subsoiler and 500 hp to use the cultivator. You can increase the Case Magnum to 435 hp, but that's going to cost you money right off the bat. To pull that cultivator you'll be needing to purchase a larger tractor. Nice map tour as always.
Thank you for the happy independence day. But been waiting on this map for a while now. The Illinois feeling is awesome. Awesome review and a lot of your animal pens are 500 on the capacity if I remember correctly from the Map tours with Djgoham and Lanci Boi.
Those outdoor storage silos will be for carrots and onions which are additional crops on the PC version.
The fertiliser and herbicide pallets are purely decorative. I've edited them out with GIANTS editor to make room for functioning placeables.
Thanks for the tip about lighting triggers, I could not for the life of me work out what those partial trigger signs on the ground were for, now I know. :D
Oh, can confirm turning off traffic doesn't work on PC either, which given how slow and prone to get into pileups at junctions it is is a bit of a pain.
One small correction, disabling traffic does take effect after saving, exiting the game and loading your save.

I just wish we could get rid of the non functional stuff on console. I think this map is great just a bit to glitchy for my liking and I really do wish I could pick my own farm house and or use the mat mod on an existing one.

Hi Mr sealy great video as always. As for the cow capacity. All you need to do is after you place an animal in the pen is to go to the animal tab in pause menu 👍
Hmm! Yes that's right this map was a long awaited event. To lancyboi and others involved in bringing it to console thanks! As one comment stated lancyboi hit this American map out of the park! This map makes me enjoy farming on sim!🇺🇸👍
Something i found a bit diff with this map from other maps is if you happen to reset any machinery or equipment it pops up at your farm not the store so instead of transporting every bit of equipment when you buy it just hit reset saves alot of time moving everything if you were to sell everything and replace equipment with what you like i also noticed plot 20 is a good place to place silos etc

Fantastic tour as always MrSealyP! Mappers and modders and Giants Software are really upping the ante at the moment it really is a fantastic time to be playing the game especially for us PS4 and console players we are seriously spoilt for choice!!
Thanks for this map tour, @MrSealyP! I'm not usually one for the big large-scale farming maps (I like 3m cultivators hehe) so I would usually bypass maps like this.. however, thanks to this vid I may actually try it out sometime as this looks like a really interesting and well made large map!
This is a my type of map, ty for sharing this with us. I’m gonna get rid of a map just to get this one
beautiful map except for the ai helpers id have to do the outlining myself to get the ai to stay in the lines but otherwise it makes it more realistic to circle the outside of the field with any equipment once or twice to make it easier for the ai to turn around, oh a couple of the fields had nothing on them after watching them after 2 harvests and i just bought them to run grass and alfalfa,

I have been playing Stone Valley 4X on PC as soon as it came out and nothing else. I had been waiting for a big field map all along and I love this thing. I was real excited about the latest one until I saw that it was smaller but I did hear that he was working on a bigger one with the improvements on it. I run 5 combines across and store the crops and wait for the price to go up then sell it.

You're definitely gonna want two harvesters on this map. It took me 8 hours to harvest potatoes on the big field. I love this map.

I think Zach knows who the best map reviewer is in fs19. Both of my other usa 🇺🇸 fs19 utubers have said if you want or need a map reviewed go to MR Sealy P. If i can't figure out a mod fully im glad i watch the mod releases from 3 people. Not surprising that Mr. S has my answer.
Unfortunately the traffic doesn't go away when you turn it off. Hopefully that will be fixed soon in an update

I am also glad Lancy Boi is back. He almost threw in the towel due to bad/unfair mod ratings. If the only ones rating mods are the trolls, ratings are misleading. Ever wonder why an awesome mod has a 3 star and a terrible mod has 5? I can't emphasize enough how important it is to RATE the mods. Console and pc players alike. This is the largest feedback platform for mod makers and it is easy to do. Go to the Mod Hub and rate the mods you have downloaded.

Looks quite a very interesting map for doing role-plays. I wish it was easier on console to do multiplayer as this map would probably be quite good. And Mr Sealyp. I’ve just realised where you got the sound for the start of your videos as I was switching the lights on for my warehouse. Very clever

Great map. So far only found one iffy thing the garage on the farm for equipment fixing the door is to small for most of the bigger equipment.

Lone oak will always be home but gonna have to give this a go. Wish it had more trees though.

Sure the PC map is different as in the shop and sell point in NE are not same layout. The sell point there is next to the shop to north side of road and the main silos are south of the road and field 5 goes round it...

I would check out FDR Logging for forestry maps.
I see 3 good looking maps for forestry in the last month already had an up date so should be good to go on them. The MM map no one knows not even giants. I believe it still being made or worked on.

Great map,but I can't turn the traffic off or change the colors on the Pacesetter at the farm or at the store on XBOX.

started this map on PS4 then i bought a pc and started a new save of this map on there. noticed the maps slightly different on the pc version. one that stood out was theirs no sheep farm on the pc version. the land and fences and barns are there but theirs no trigger points
At last , a different sound when the sliding doors open.
I'm going to definitely try this map out. Lone oak is getting old after using it for so long. I do kinda with they would put out south mountain creamery for 19 or something similar.

Also cant the guy just put some lubing oil on the doors, damn sounds like a container being scraped around on the floor, and the door shuting(stoping) sounds like a roof pannel hiting the ground from 25meters up... geez
I feel that all the other houses are great to imagine they are for the workers
We in the UK were able to create a national healthcare system, raise the minimum wage, practically eliminate gun crime, invent animal rights, have the government do our taxes for us, include VAT in sale price, build high speed rail network to interconnect the entire country. yet aside from the city of Milton Keynes, we have not yet figured out the grid road system. Instead we continue to use the spaghetti layouts created by medieval people.
I worked out the issue with pricing I had.. it was a D’oh moment... had a brainwave and checked the difficulty setting....🤬 highest it was... bugger it!!! 🤣
Good luck on your new play along I found it very glitchy great map wish it was more user friendly like being able to sell starter farm and buy a new one and place a house etc.
I was able to sell the starting farm after selling the silo. I was not able to get rid of the farm house, however.

Well update I figured out how to buy and set a sleep trigger different then the starting farm not sure how to make it the spawn point when I load in tho
Ok thanks to Mr sealyp I managed to get a new home farm up and running with a dleep tigger not sure how to make it my spawn point tho.

Map is very glitchy. Contracts for sure. Some trees when cut dont disappear. Field 31 hoe drill wont seed and on other fields not working properly. Still love the map. Sure bugs will get worked out
I like the map but one thing that confused me was why we start with a Magnum which is only 435 HP max and a Cruiser 12XL cultivator that requires 500. Not really an issue because we start with so much, just odd lol
Put wide tyres and wheel weights on that Magnum and it'll drag that cultivator on the flat without a problem - it only needs 500+ hp if you're using it in Wales or the Rockies ;-)

hello mr sealyp....why is that new map fs 22 stone valley wat is coming out yestersday june 21 2022 there is only 140 mb....this map is 356 mb why is that so much different?? very strange???maybe there coming more updates for this map....regards from the netherlands...

i was wondering if you knew or if anybody knows,,whats up with the pellets,,,the price has bottomed out on all maps....look into it please very big fan here
@@MrSealyp TBH, the prices were WAY too high. Prior to adjustment, pellets made 2x more than the wheat - it was so ludicrous, you could pay for your premos in about 2 harvests. Just get a bank loan for the pallet hall, and make it back quick. Now, the prices are tough but fair. They are about 25% more profitable than bales, and that 25% extra profit is used to pay for your pelletizing equipment, taking 5-6 harvests. If you make the investment, you will eventually be making more money than someone who bales only.
