You tackled a severe job. Your machete work does a fast job on seedling trees and I admired your besting the Johnson Grass clumps with a mattock. A lot of people leave them partially cut down, when they can't figure out how to finish them off. You may have missed the idea of Landscape Archeology, working on an overgrown yard and refinding what was originally existing. It is almost startling to see you find a front door, a whole fence line, even the appearance of a house and a walkway...and you are in the front yard. Nice work facing all the overgrowth. Hope to see the video if you also do the back.

It was amazing when suddenly the front door of a house appeared behind a garage that could have belonged to one of the houses on either side. The City Council should put 5you guys on a rtainer for all th work you do to try & make the city tidy. Great job guys! Cheers, Don from South Australia.

I bet it took you both several hours, if not days to tackle all of the trash, overgrown weeds and grass on that property. I know that the neighbors were glad you both came and worked your magic on it turning an eyesore into something worthy to look at.

Great job, I was in the business some 40 years ago, and I received a call from a realtor about two yards that had not been touched in over 7 years. The 1st one I founan a ant hill the size of a 6 yard dump truck load the second had a pool in the back could not see. Both were cut with a wizard 11 hp 38" cut Tractor type riding mover.
I have watched this one a few times amazes me that the neighbors didn’t get together and clean this property. The neighbors we see in the video did they make any comments or were they pleasant when they saw what you were doing? As always, you guys killed it and you’re lucky to have a dad like that. ✊

AweSome work. Abandoned house. Someone is loosing money on this house. Renter would pat $1500 a month where I live easily. Can't believe the city hasn't contracted maintenance and issued violations multiple times. If I lived next door the city would have called like 50 times to get it cleaned up.

Do wonderful work and mostly I can only echo what others have already said. I must say a lot of your customers have damage to their garage doors. I only find this comment worthy as I am from western Canada and we rely on our garage doors to be in great shape to keep heat inside in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Sometimes they loose the house and the bank doesn’t care for it, until they are ready to sell it
No HOA, or it would've been done long ago. What I can't understand is how the neighbors tolerated it for so long.

If the neighbors cared they would have cut it. It wasn’t that wide. If each neighbor cut another 20 feet
it actually only took us 2 hours, we had plenty of neighbors come out and thank us for our work!
