Its the offal bits that you can order with your pares (i.e. mata, utak, tumbong ng baka/baboy, etc).. they are added in plastic bags already in the correct portions, so they can easily be opened witn scissors in your bowl, and the sauce is added on top. this saves the seller from storing another pot and saves time to serve the pares to the customer

Sobrang ganda po ng mga content nyo especially sa aming mga OFW na sobrang miss na ang Pinas at ung mga pagkaing pinoy lalo na ung street food, etc.
