ich habe mir den Film angesehen - weil ich in einem der gezeigten Häuser dieser Prachtstraße im Juni 1953 eingezogen bin und für mich viele Kindheitserinnerungen (zumeist gute) damit verbunden sind - obwohl es oft ganz schön ´sozialistisch´ dort zu ging....
Mich wundert, dass so viele weitere Interessenten den Film kommentiert haben.

The famous Karl Marx Allee, symbol of Soviet Berlin, pure Stalinist style, built in the 50's. Beautiful snowfall, I have walked that route, but in the boreal summer- I got hungry when you showed one of the stores of the Block House

A major change has been the completion of the U Bahn by Unter del Linden, the buildings around the central station, others in the government quarter, and some buildings on Leipziger Platz. Greetings from Chile my friend
