It’s strange cause some arenas the lightings work whilst others do not
The retro RAW arena it doesn’t work but SmackDown fist arena it does work

No theme. No video. No entrance. Nothing. I really didn't understand this.

Yes. That mod is for 2K22. You have to port it to 2K23.
