I was always a Steve Perry and Freddie fan...It wasn't until I watched an 'Isolated Lyrics' video showing the 2 that I realised just how unbelievable Steve Perry is. Freddie was probably a better 'showman' but Steve's voice was beyond words. He was the voice of a generation.....Amazing
They are all good but, YES, Steve Perry absolutely a WORLD ICON, , and Stevie Nicks,, Steve Perry, the king of hearts♥️, Stevie Nicks ,The Queen of rock and roll,🤟
Thank you for recognizing Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell in the list. I saw Lincoln Park only once-wish I had seen them more. It was an unbelievable show; I can still feel the vibe of the music now- raw, emotional, real- as Chester belting out the lyrics to a crowd that hung on every word. And Chris Cornell- my Idol- is Not Dead- I hear him EVERYTIME I PUSH PLAY.

The only woman in this ranking - I’ve only gotten as far as Stevie Nicks. And while I grew up with her I also grew up with Joplin. You cannot leave her out - her amazing voice God she was amazing.
Klaus Meine - Scorpions, Geoffrey Tate - Queensryche, Steve Perry, Ann Wilson, Robert Plant. Music of today lacks talent. There were so many talented rock singers, no way to pick ten!
@@sicotshit7068…Freddy was fantastic also. The order doesn’t matter. There was so much talent compared to these times. They were talented individuals and no way to put them in an order. We all have our own personal list of favorites.

Everyone has one or more they would replace on the list. The fact that your list favors troubled performers is also very interesting. these vocalists are all great, but I think you need a longer list that includes people like Janis Joplin, Mama Cass, Geoff Tate, Bruce Dickenson, Ann Wilson, Till Lindemann, Klaus Meine, Ronnie James Dio etc.
I can’t believe that Layne Staley lead singer of Alice in Chains didn’t make the top 10 on this list.. and the fact that he wasn’t even mentioned is really sad and unbelievable..!!

Ok...I get Cornell and Joplin, and I can understand how Mercury made the list....and being a huge Doors fan, Morrison as well. I also understand that any 'Greatest ' list is completely subjective . For me, the mark of a truly great vocalist is how he or she sounds live...so I absolutely disagree with Rose, Scott, Plant, Cobain & Tyler included on a Top 10. None of these guys, no matter how iconic their bands are and how they sounded in the studio, were consistently all that great live. Rose and Plant especially. My subjective opinion only. And not to include Ronnie James Dio, Ian Gillan, and Bruce Dickinson is nothing short of criminal.
Chris Cornell should be higher than 10 and how could you not include Layne Staley of Alice in Chains? Such a unique and massive voice and presence. I love Chester but disagree that he was placed above Chris. And also can't believe you placed Axl Rose above both. I get that this is your opinion and respect that. All that said I did enjoy the video. Thanks.
How did LAYNE STALEY get left off this list???◽ Kurt Cobain has actually turned out to be the "MARCIA, MARCIA, MARCIA" to Layne Staley's Jan Brady... Isn't it bad enough that every April 5th seems mostly dedicated to Cobain though BOTH Legends passed away on the same day (years apart)?? Anyone believe Kurt could hit the same notes as Layne Staley (picture Cobain singing 'Love, Hate, Love' or 'Man The Box' 🫣) - No offense ◽ [not to mention misconstrued FACTS throughout this video, for example, Chester Bennington's autopsy showed no drugs in his system at the time he died]
I wouldn't have put Axl Rose on this list, especially not that high on the list. I wouldn't have put Stevie Nicks so high either. How is Ann Wilson from Heart not on this list? That woman can blow most of this list off with talent. Steve Perry is too low on the list, his voice is 1 or 2.
Mike Patton is a vocal genius and sings in multiple genres, not just rock and also many languages. In fact, he did a complete album in Italian. He also has a 6 octave range.
Who is your favorite ROCK SINGER OF ALL TIME? We read you! 🎸🎵
Paul McCartney
Jimi Jamison, (Survivor) & Rod Stewart and definitely NOT bloody MERCURY
Freddie Mercury. The Best singer of all time for me.👑👑
Chris Cornell
Noddy Holder (Maybe not the best - but for sure one of them)

Linda Ronstadt, Annie Lennox, Burton Cummings...so many more of yesteryear's greats to list.

Freddie Mercury ❤
Ann Wilson should've been more than an honorable mention, she should be on the list!

Freddie the best ever and forever.❤
THEY DIDN'T PUT RONNIE VAN ZANT , HES IS ONE OF THE GREATEST SINGERS EVER IN THE 70S.
Steve and Freddie❤❤
Klaus Meine - Scorpions, Geoffrey Tate - Queensryche, Steve Perry, Ann Wilson, Robert Plant.

Elton John
Elvis Presley is the greatest singer in human history.
