Well sir. You are to be commended. As Clint would say " a mans got to know his limitations" You are a rare individual who not only knows , but will recognize and willing admit to them. Better to stay within ones abilities and limitations rather the go beyond and suffer the consequences. Bravo sir!
Glad you admit it was too much of an aircraft for ya. Fuel costs, maintenance, and performance wise. I give it 2 years and it will be up for sale again or on some aviation incident report site.
@@trueairspeed130 I am in the Mid North Coast New South Wales Australia and at the local airport the JetA1 was $2.59 A LITRE last time I fueled up for my turbine rc jet!
Beautiful plane thank to sharing this plane🇺🇾 from Uruguay
You're welcome
6,500 foot-per-minute rate of climb? Walter (now GE) 601D turbine engine; love that sound! Thank you for sharing.
That's about right :)

I wish I could have kept it :(
I'm glad he caught up to that car on the road even though the car had a head start.
That was an unfair race tbh.

The current owner is more experienced, so he will probably keep it for a while.

Not that bad if you can find the right people

Innovative wings in Canada can help you

Get a professional Ferry Service
wow, you can tell when she's on the roll and you pour the coals to her, usually can't see it that well in aircraft lol
750hp
Fuel burn at 10k?
probably 50gph
What would the cruise speed be?
Upon leaving ABQ they were doing 300mph, but they can get it to go faster
@@trueairspeed130 WOW
@@trueairspeed130 BEEP! BEEP!😃
What the hell is that? A stunt plane on steroids? Does anybody know it’s safe maximum airspeed and payload capacity?
Inspired by the p51, started out as a v8 then everyone put walter turbines on them and then garrett trubines
Turbo P-51. Nice.
I agree 100 💯 with your statement!✅
Inspired by it for the air scoop. The original design had a v8 upfront
$7.39 for jet A? Fuck me
I thought that was strange, too. Usually, Jet A costs less than 100LL Avgas. Jet A currently costs $4.65 per gallon at my local Class D.
Yep, unfortunately
