Pretty sure the reinforcements come in waves and it was timed so kerrigan would recieve them. That and dehaka was using the vents so they had issues coordinating defense against his blitzkrieg.
It's possible he ripped them off himself. Primal zerg gain traits on kill and they don't necessarily choose what they get. Maybe he really hated some stubby pair of arms he got and just rejected them

When it comes to defending my hive clusters, I like to have my swarm hosts with the fully burrowed mutation so that they'll be safe from attack, impalers to take out the heavy armor the locusts would have a tougher time with, and spine crawlers to supplement them both.
So basically. The zerg is essentially a slave race and whomever is sentient and zerg enough to stand up to the task can lead the zerg for whatever their bidding may be.
@@GvsoMagnvs Remember though, he evolves more like a regular creature than normal zerg do, he might not have control over how he evolves specifically, only the broad effects of consuming somethings essence matter to him.

Narration kinda changed, plot became bigger (3 campaigns of 3 races on 3 parts, while it was enough to have 6 campaigns on 2 parts), yet some old stuff connected to old format left. Plus it's kinda usual for RTS. Look at the alternative - DoW. "Why'z u givin' me orderz?" - ask us meganobz, while we also legitimately can have warboss (the only one, who can give orders) on the field. "I hear you, go ahead" says captain Diomedes in DoW 2, while theoretically there is no one for him to hear, his squad is on its own and he is chief of the squad.
It’s a remnant of the first RTS games. Back then players were seen as “game masters” commanding an army. In a lore sense, I guess you could say that she is communicating with the psionic hive-mind that is in essence controlling her too. But there is no lore reason, it’s simply a remnant of the genre. It was also seen in League of Legends when players took part as “Summoners” (the map is called Summoner’s Rift) and many of the early Champions speak to the Summoner. But that idea was scrapped, yet many of the Summoner-lines remain. It’s a gimmick of the genre that stuck because no matter what, the player is piloting the units.

Meh. Brutalisks are actually pretty trash. Their attack is powerful, but slow. Quite often your brutalisks will only manage one or two attacks before getting killed. By the time you get brutalisks the enemy has lots of heavy units too

i thought i was the only one to see it. damn, moving around that tanks shooting range, letting it kill those zerglings in dozens, he could just use kerrigan. i personally really enjoy using the hero as much as possible
Why Dehaka is not evolving? I mean sure, it could be just budget cut, but I doubt it. I would've expected 1-2 growth, or at least some repair. Yet, he is the same. Is he a fellen primal zerg or sth?

have to ask...why useing the 'move to this spot and ignore evrything else'' command so much for the swarms esspecialy the primals ? so many units dieing without doing something instead of dieing but at least havieng dishedout some dps due t o attack move command.

Any criticism is met with brutal retribution, frontier worlds are abandoned to their fate, and he financed and equiped the mobius group with all their tech and labs which they used to create the hybrids. He sacrificed whole planets to get his way, and compared to that, Kerrigan's little invasion of the capital is nothing
Any sacrifice Mengsk had to make was for the sake of humanity. He cannot be emperor without humanity and in his mind humanity cannot survive without him. Fates intertwined and bound in common interest between people and ruler.

Putting psychic beacons on city planets and watch as the zerg tear through unarmed civilians? No this is not someone who want to work for humanity. That would be the likes of Matt horner or valerian. What mensk want is more control, more power over people's life, as he had himself, he wants to be master of the sector or see it burn to the ground and no one, not even his own population will stand in his way. He is the reason why narud got his hybrids and unleashed amon upon the galaxy.

Well, they managed to make a SECOND Overmind, which led its own 'swarm'...until IT got taken over by the UED...

In the speed run the field being down just once lets kerrigan sneak in and ninja it, destroying it and winning the mission.
