I am very happy to watch programme on villages ...( place...river...field....tradition..festival happening in villages) bcoz there are thousand of people staying away in different cities in india ...especially I miss village ..COW ....PLEASE SHOW VILLAGES IN TALUKA PLACES AND FOODS......HUMBLE REQUEST.....I FELT I WOULD SEE THIS IN CHANNEL BUT TAMIL CHANNEL'S ARE BUSY WITH FEMALE PROGRAMMES

could you please tell the ingredients list in english for veppalai katti. (I was able to recognize only 3 types of leaves,1. curry leaves, 2 neem leaves, 3 lime leaves and 4.....? )
Narthangai leaves(citron leaves), Lemon leaves, curry leaves, Tamarind leaves,ajwain, red chillies, peppercorns, jaggery pounded at the very end.
