I do weetabix pancakes. Crumbly your weetabix then add 2 eggs whisk together using a fork the fry until firm . I have them with yogurt and fruit . Its really filling . I have them when I'm not at work x

Supper easy recipe thanks a lot I am trying to loose weght it’s really hard for me I have 3 children even when I got 2 rs when little one goes nursery I still sit and watch tv paying member ship to gym but not going I don’t know how to put my self on track.I always watch your Vedios I did try few times .I hope I will loose 1 day
It must be so hard with three children as always so much to do. I think even if you can try and go a couple of times a week it will help and make you feel better too mentally. I find building it into a daily routine helps and also putting gym clothes on in the morning means I'm much more likely to workout :)
