It's amazing the force pressure these sales agents put on you when you're in Nuvali walking around the malls. They want your name, phone number, forced brochures, creative financing, preselling payments, you can tell it's tough for these agents to unload the condominiums.
yan ang nagpapamahal sa presyo ng real estate lalo na sa condominium.......nag iispeculate. maganda sana kung bibili kayo para tirhan. dyan nagsimula ang real estate bubble sa U.S. dahil sa greediness ng mga tao. karamihan pa nman sa mga developer benta lang ng benta, walang paki alam kung may ka kayahang magbayad yung mga bumibili.
So true and if you happen to live there, it's quite a nuisance if your neighbors are renting in airbnb style. Most short-term renters are out there to party, treat the place like a hotel, and disregard house rules.
